I had never ridden a scooter before and was a little nervous. The owner was a great teacher! I went over to Palm Beach and had a great ride along the ocean and saw the amazing architecture.

My fiancé was in town visiting from Minneapolis so I took her riding along Palm Beach on an iScoot scooter for the afternoon. We had an awesome time and I will definitely do it again. I would recommend to anyone.

Between Tripadvisor reviews and exploring the area on a bicycle rented at iScoot (with the friendly guidance of Steve, the owner), I got to know the sites of Palm/West Palm Beach to the point that I nearly felt like a local! Steve picked just the right bike for me and gave me a recommended route. $20 was reasonable for a half-day bicycle rental. I rode out to Palm Beach and all around the island, where I was tailed by the occasional Rolls Royce. Nice bike trails on the island as well. I then crossed back to West Palm where I explored Clematis St. and had lunch at Pistache. When I brought the bike back, Steve asked if I had gone to City Place. When I answered no, he insisted I keep the bike longer and go check it out. So glad I did!

Would not recommend riding on the turnpike. Max speed is 40 mph. Really easy to rent. In and out in 15 min. Diffenently coming back.

When people are so used to cars, riding a scooter could be a really, really interesting thing to do. So thumbs up for iScootPlamBeach, it was a good idea for exploring around. Good bikes, helpful owner, friendly services. Btw, if you find it interesting, go to Vietnam and try a motor tour around North West Vietnam. You'll have a much more wonderful experience, maybe even for lifetime.

My husband and I went on vacation for 4 days on August to West Palm Beach. We were looking for something different to do. We found this place on Tripadvisor and we wanted to try it. We didn't make any reservation, and went directly to the place. The owner was very friendly and explained to us how to ride the scooter. That was our first time trying one. He even gave my husband a short demonstration and show us the places we should go and suggested the streets that we should avoid. We enjoyed the experience! We would go back again.

That we would be closed for most of a ten day period during the last week of July and the first week of August was announced in advance of the closing on our website and the announcement was updated during our absence. The shop did some rentals during the closure because we trust our daughter's knowledge of the business (and, there is a lot to know when you are sending people...many inexperienced...out on two wheels)....but, as our website announcement made clear...she would be available primarily on the one weekend we were gone and not during the week. It is off-season here in South Florida and it was time for a vacation. I understand the reviewer's disappointment in not being able to rent from us but the criticism seems to us to be unfair. (Hours: M-F 10:30-5:30; Sat 11-6; Sunday hours vary, please call....and look at our website iScootPalmBeach.com for updates on hours and closures. We will be closed for two days around August 20th to drive our daughter back to college....our website always has information on closures.)

My husband and I decided to rent some bikes to tour Palm Island on this beautiful day. We were greeted warmly by the owners and were allowed to choose our bikes. They even took the time to adjust the seats and offer some valuable information. It was all in a very relaxed atmosphere with no stress about being back at an exact time. The bikes had really comfortable seats which allowed for a great 3 to 4 hour bike ride. We had a basket to put our stuff in and water bottle holders. We rode from the boutique to the island and were able to take in some really beautiful sites along the beach and see some really nice homes.This is a great activity to get the feel of Palm Island. Next time we will rent the bikes again and visit more of the city! The price was extremely reasonable and the owners were great!Roiussel & AnnaMontreal, Canada

We very much appreciate the review.We have had great success teaching bicycle riders how to ride motor scooters after a brief lesson. We don't have much success with people who don't know how to ride a bicycle or who last rode a bicycle years ago. We're happy to lend scooter renters a bicycle for a few laps around the block if that's what is needed to get them used to being on two wheels, again.

Owners were very nice and accommodating. Scooter we had was well maintained. We were able to cover a lot of area, see a lot of things, and have fun doing so. I would do this again and recommend to all.

As a family, we had zero scootering experience...but Steve, the owner, took his time and made sure we were comfortable on the bikes before we left. He had a great personality and was a lot of fun.My daughter took to it fine, my wife and I, a bit slower, so for us it was a little more nerve wracking. (What do they say about old dogs...) On a Saturday afternoon the town of WPB was easy to cruise through as there was not a lot of traffic. It got a bit more adventurous on the ocean roads...but still had a good time.One recommendation to make is to wear a helmet. I foolishly did not and soon realized that the bikes move faster than you think and that a simple accident without a helmet could have serious consequences.We loved the experience and Steve was wonderful to deal with....although he needs to get his wife a better line of t-shirts as she wore a dreadful Miami Heat shirt. Go Pacers! :)

I didn't think it could be so easy to get around West Palm beach without a car! I got a quick lesson from Steve who gave me a few extremely valuable tips on how to successfully navigate my scooter and I popped down to the beach. Riding a scooter around is a great way to get everywhere while still working on your tan, plus you never know when you'll be able to use that skill again (I moved to Vietnam and Steve's lessons provided very useful!)

If you want to have a fabulous time touring Palm Beach rent scooters from Iscoot. My husband and I were knowledgeably educated in riding safely and within 15 minutes we were on our way. The scooters were a blast to drive and the scenery was spectacular. We stopped for a high end dinning experience and even the valets loved the scooters. We had a great day and we will return.

Steve gives you a lesson before you go to give you confidence-- it had been a while since we had been on a motor bike, but it's simple to do. We loved scooting around Palm Beach and stopping for a nice lunch near Worth Avenue. I would do this again! They have bikes too.

The owners were so laid back and very knowledgable of the scooters. Very welcoming as well. For those of you looking to create an unforgettable experience during your stay in the Palm Beach area this is certainly something you should consider doing. It is completely worth it! No experience necessary because there is training available. Would absolutely do this again!
