It was an excellent trip. We had an amazing trip, saw some alligators, and our captain, Captain Disco was funny and gave interesting information about the swamp and the alligators

The airboat was slightly disappointing to others we've been on. Only saw 1 gator and went out in the rain. The park portion was excellent with many different animals including holding a baby gator.

We had a great time here, I liked this airboat ride better than others I had been on. It was a good one for smaller kids, both our boys enjoyed it. We went on a cloudy day, so we only saw one gator, but that is expected with poor weather. Our captain tried to make the best of it.

Kim - Thank you for your visit and your review of our park, we are very glad you had a great time. Our boats are uncovered but we feel that is actually enhances the experience because then each guest has a great view of the Everglades. When your boat is covered your view is obstructed by other guests or the covering of the boat.

You should have been informed about your wristbands, if you would have told the clerk behind the craft stand that you had been on the boat, with a few questions she could have confirmed and would have let you in, no need to pay again. We are glad your experience was good otherwise.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your time at our park. I would love to have the opportunity to try it again. The show times should be followed, always. The matter has been given to my village manager and should be fixed.

we decided to go here to fill in a morning before flying home. We booked the airboat ride to look for Alligators. Our guide was Jim who took us into the swamp then stopped the boat. He explained that it was probably a bit cold to see any Alligators on the surface, & indeed we did not. We then got a high speed run back to base, which was fun. They have Alligators in pens to see, & they do talks & demonstrationsA great way to spend a few hours
