We were looking for something to do in Spring Hill and found this lovely garden. The garden club was busy in the morning cleaning the gardens and they were more than willing to share their knowledge and speak about the gardens. The garden is maintained by volunteers and we found it to be an excellent place to read, listen to the birds and later to have a picnic lunch. It was a delightful place to relax and free of charge. They do take donations and offers to help working in the gardens on Saturday mornings

It is not big. However, it is a nice comfortable walk. Has several different gardens. Most plants and flowers are labeled. I would go back again.

We had some time on our hands and enjoy gardens so we stopped by here. It is nicely designed and maintained. We enjoyed the diverse plant areas, the themes and the free-range chicken/rooster that greeted us. Thank you also for putting our self-guided maps for the garden. We were not able to visit when the nursery was open and since we were from out of state, we wouldn't have been able to make a purchase. This is kid-friendly and a pleasant area to explore. Thank you to the Garden Club for making this available.

Free! And pretty cool walk through some new and unusual plants. Though my wife certainly enjoyed it more than me...

Beautiful botanical garden with different areas and plants. We enjoyed the Asia and the butterfly garden. Always worth a visit.

It is maintained by volunteers and the different gardens are amazing. It has great photo opportunities. If you come on Saturdays with a group of 5 or more you can get a guided tour by one of the volunteers. Lots of benches all over the place to either rest or contemplate the beauty of your surroundings.

A friend recently told of us of this place. I had never heard of it or seen any marketing for it. It is a very nice garden; nice displays and plant selections. There is no cost to tour. It's quiet and peaceful.

I would never have expected such a well kept, organized, and beautiful botanical garden in a city the size of Spring Hill. My friends took us to see the gardens after reading about it, and we were all thoroughly surprised and happy that we had taken the time to explore this little known spot. It truly is a must see if you happen to be in the area. You will not regret it.

after reviewing becky jack's food shack, also in this area, i was asked what else is there to visit. i find the place most folks who have lived here a number of years but are least aware of it's existence is the nature coast botanical gardens in spring hill. http://naturecoastgardens.com/ its always a pleasant place especially on a hot summer day when the cool, shady gardens are most welcome. they also sell plants indigenous to florida by very knowledgeable volunteers of the spring hill garden club a couple of days a week. very inexpensive and most suitable for our planting zone. check out the sale days, as it's only twice a week, at their web site. if u enjoy and appreciate the beauty of plants and nature, u will not be disappointed.

I learned about it in this website, and I'm happy I did.We went to visit and is free, opens from dawn to sundown and it is a very cute place, I got nice pictures and the kids enjoyed it. Make sure you bring insect repellent (mosquitoes ate us).You can see it all in 1 - 2 hours tops.

The diversity of local plant life is seen here and well displayed in a natural environment. The people l spoke with were knowledgable and helpful.

My husband and I visited The Botanical Gardens this afternoon. We loved it! Very tranquil settings, lovely themed gardens! I loved them all. My favorites were The Rain Forrest and the Japanese! If you love gardening like I do, you will definitely appreciate a trip here!!

Found this attraction on here and decided to check it out on a sunny Sunday. We are glad we did because it yielded many good pictures to add to our collection. There is no charge but a small donation is suggested. True the grounds could use some TLC and the heavy recent rains did not help matters any! Still a nice place to walk and perhaps have a small picnic lunch there (bugs not welcomed!).

Went here for the first time. Very nice. Got a lot of ideas for the back yard now. If you live in the area or passing through its worth the stop
