My wife and I purchased a Mario Andretti Racing Experience thru Living Social. We scheduled our driving experience months ago, however I had to have an unexpected surgery, and requested to reschedule. Initially, they simply refused to do anything. Then finally agreed to reschedule for a fee of $50 per person. ($100 Total) I then requested to just cancel, not refund. (per the original "small print" on the voucher) I was then told, they do not give refunds, even though the voucher said a refund was available. "You would have to contact living social if in need of refund if you purchased your voucher through them. We actually do not issue any refunds." Nothing but a run around. I talked to others that did the experience and was told hours of waiting and instruction, then 4 minutes on the track. The worst of all is the "Tuff Luck" attitude by the staff at customer service. Strongly suggest to run from Mario Andretti Racing Experience.
