A great facility. Used for many events and always spotless. The city is to be commended for this facility.

This facility is absolutely gorgeous and quite spacious inside. It is beautifully decorated and makes one feel comfortable although for this event they could have given a little more room between the seats fro those of us that are a bit more fluffy.

They completely rebuilt the Activities Center and it works great. The old Activities Center was getting a little dated. Good job City of Deland!!

Easy to book & good accommodations for our meetings. Staff is always willing to assist - very accommodating! Also - good parking!

Opened officially in June of this year, the Activities Center is a welcome addition to the extensive Earl Brown Park in the southern part of Deland. Its ballroom, numerous smaller rooms, expansive kitchen and outside courtyard are perfect for both large and small events. The amphitheatre and small lake immediately to the north provide an intriguing additional space for various gatherings. The city is fortunate to have this new facility available for both public and private events.
