Great place for kids. Went with my daughter on a field trip. Can't wait to take the grandparents when the come. Lots to explore and lots of hands on. Reasonable price. Would love to spend the whole day.

after 3 yrs of living in S. Fl, I took my 3 year old here today, having heard many good things about it. I have to say, it is a great place to bring kids for several hours (though it is somewhat of an out of the way location and not fun to get there). the property is very large, with many different age appropriate rooms and multiple fun activities for every whim. there are indoors and outdoors activities (though much more indoors). for the grownups there is a lovely cafe with limited but tasty choices at the entrance. My daughter loved it here and she did not want to leave. there were older kids there too and they were having a blast. definitely a must see, but my hunch is it is more enjoyable during the weekdays than weekends. I'm sure it gets crazy busy

We took our 2 yr old and 3.5 yr old here, and they totally loved it. Such an array of activities, but the best part was the stations where employees actually helped our kids create a craft (snowflake). Very pleased with this facility, and will definitely be back.

Great for kids of all ages. Great escape from Florida heat or rainy day. You can spend a quick hour or stretch it for four hours if the kids are into doing all the art stations.

As this place is designed for children, I'm glad I have a granddaughter to take because I enjoy it as much as she did. So many hands on things to do it is almost overwhelming. If she lived here we'd have an annual membership as it's hard to take it all in in one visit. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is for little things like chalk not be replaced in chalkboard areas and the velcro items being too worn to stick on the background to as instructed. Those little things are what attracts little hands and seems could be done at the start of each day. We were there not long after it opened. The lunch spot on premises is also good.

There is always something to do at the museum, there is always something new. Spacious, clean and organized. We always enjoy our visit.

Great place to spend time with kids. I take my kid out several times in the summer and he is always asking to go back.

I like how it is bigger, but what i don't like is that they took a lot of the old activities out and put more boring new ones in instead. Please rate and review and tell me what your experience was like. Thanks, bye!

We really enjoyed this as did our grand kids. The staff was v v nice. The exhibits well designed We only got through one of five areas before my 14 month old twin grand kids got tired. The 4 year old could have spent another hour there. It was a big hit. We will certainly return

Variety of interactive activities & displays primarily geared for children 10 or younger. Unfortunately, we visted when there were bus loads of pre-schoolers and it was so noisy you couldn't even talk to or hear others in our party. Staff were pleasant but did little to engage the children or familiarize them with the activities. It also seems unreasonable to charge every adult that accompanies a child, since the child cannot go in without supervision. Perhaps they should consider a family or group rate.

This is a wonderful, interactive museum for children. They have a wide variety of experience that introduce children to art through imaginative and creative exhibits. They have one that challenges you to remember great artist who you have seen in a play area, and identify them when you leave. They have programs for children to paint or create something during their visits. It is also a wonderful place for adults with or without children. They currently have an exhibit of Japanese animation art.

I love this museum and have been a member for a few years now. We started going before it moved to its new location. It is a great place and the volunteers are mostly nice and helpful. I would say this museum is mostly for young children, maybe 10 years old at the most. I think a child older than that may be bored there. Also if you plan on visiting more than two or three times in the year you should consider the membership. It costs I think around $12 for each person (including the adults), and the yearly membership is $135 for a family of (I think) up to two adults and up to 4 children. So, you can see how it would easily be worth it. I wish they would introduce new things to do for the kids. They've had the exact same things basically for the two+ years they've been in the new location aside of some minor things here and there. The kids don't seem to mind though so, as long as they still enjoy it.I love that they have an area for little ones (up to 5 yrs old) so that they can just enjoy a space just for them and not worry about getting hurt by an older kid. They're not very good at enforcing this however. I often see older children playing there, but all and all it's mostly fine. There is also a library in the building so that is nice too. There's plenty of bathrooms and they are nice and clean (and they have the cutest little toilets for the kids). There's also plenty of drinking fountains. There's an area outside with tables so you can eat BUT!! there's no food! I don't know why there isn't a single place where you can buy food here. When they first opened there was a small cafe but no more. I still hope they open something. Meanwhile, you need to bring food or know that you'll have to drive somewhere. They did just recently put in a coffee machine in the gift shop (thank you, thank you!)
