I stopped by Sawmill about 3 weeks on a Friday. The staff is rather rude. Especially Thomas @ Splash, and Roger the so called bar manager. Their soda system was down, and were using only canned beverages. Not a BIG deal. But it became a BIG deal; when Roger the bar manager, was questioned about this. I heard him telling a guest he knew of the situation, and it had been down for about 3 days, but he had to much to do. I like to know what? as he is always out and about the GM Eric. Knowing it was going to be a busy weekend, he should called promptly to fix the problem. Having been in the industry for over 25 years things like should not happen. I've been here 6 times since January; and it seems that, they are always under a boil water notice. And they don't inform all the residents, unless they are share holders or on their board. Another BIG NO NO. And the flies at splash are rather nasty when your trying to eat. I don't know who is really in charge of hiring the staff here. But this place needs a total over haul or at least get rid of the problems, especially Roger, Eric and Thomas. On a HAPPIER note the BEST thing about Sawmill is the front desk staff, Especially Doug, Stacy, and Gary.
