gibsons wine bar

We visited the Gibson's Wine Bar, located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. Nice selection, decent prices. Waitstaff were not that attentive (and it was not busy). We were here for about 45 minutes and had one glass of wine. Without asking, the waitstaff brought us our bill - we would have had another glass! Found it a little disconcerting that shoppers walk through between the bar area and the tables but that may just be the norm.
