Not your typical petting zoo---feeding the deer was a unique experience for our entire family. Our visit was quick as the park isn't large, but it was a nice stop on our drive into Flagstaff.

We visited their farm on 1/17/15 and enjoyed our time there! We arrived early, which made it very enjoyable as we were the first ones there. The staff are friendly, the animals are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. What's not to love about feeding and being close to these animals? You can tell the employees like working with the animals and have personal stories to tell about each one. Would definitely recommend! Also, get there early so there's little-to-no crowd! I was told that this is a good time to visit. Thank you!!

We had our three granddaughters with us at this attraction and it was difficult to get them to leave. Interacting with the animals was great fun for the girls and learning about the others animals from the staff was very educational.

My kids had a great time here. They were able to feed the deer and were able to see a number of other animals. One tip, go earlier in the day so the deer are hungrier. They tend to stop eating closer to the end of the day. Also, the food can be a bit pricey. Nothing you can really do about that though.

It was a very nice place, beautiful and fun for kids to feed the deer but for the amount of animals and the length of time you really spend there it is way overpriced. And on top of that you have to buy food to feed the deer. The entire experience took an hour and we were going pretty slow.

Wandered around to see all the animals and bought feed for the free roaming deers. Amazing! And while there we got to feed the camel. The kids loved it (5,4,3 and 1) -especially being so interactive with them!

Briefly this time, for children i think this would be a very good attraction, but for adults, somewhat less. The good is that there are a lot of young dear which will surround you if you have food (which can be purchased at the place you pay the entry fee) for the deer. For children and many adults that is fun. However, beyond that there is not much and the entrance fee is a bit high for this attraction - just my personal opinion. Others may disagree. If you are nearby, and looking for more to do, then this is a possibility, especially for children.

We were in Williams earlier this year, and missed the turnoff for the Grand Canyon Deer Farm because I programmed our GPS incorrectly. Later in the year we were going to Sedona for an early birthday celebration and decided to add this to our itinerary, even though it was out of the way. My partner had seen a special on Arizona Highways TV, and decided it was worth the trip. While it was fun, it was not worth going out of our way. Had we stopped on our original trip it would probably been worth 4 stars. But it's not a "destination" stop. The first few times the deer come up to "beg" for the food in the cup it is fun, but after a while it was mostly annoying.

I love this place! It's a shame we live all the way in Australia, because if this was near my house I would visit every weekend! We didn't have any children with us but this is a child friendly attraction. The deer are very gentle, and the food is cheap, I'm pretty sure you get a cup for a quarter, and you can buy it all through the park. Make sure you take plenty of quarters with you as the deer have bottomless stomachs. :) I'm pretty sure there was an admission fee as well, although it was affordable. There are other animals as well - camel, donkeys, other types of deer, pigs (Lenny!), some chatty birds, and more.I don't recall if it was specifically wheelchair accessible however it was all on one level so the worst would probably be one step, maybe to get into the front door/entrance.This is a great place to visit, highly recommend. Make sure you take your camera!

I’m an animal lover and was so looking forward to this. While in the area we went by. The price is high and all I remember is the color brown. The grounds are one big dirt lot. The animals seemed to be well taken care of but there isn’t much there. The deer are hard to enjoy because you are immediately surrounded with what seems like dozens of deer. I think it would be better if there were a few deer here and there sectioned off like a petting zoo so you could be more relaxed around them. Plan to be in and done in about 30 minutes. As much as I love animals, I still won’t return.

This is another place where how much you like it kind of depends on your expectations. It's not big, nor is it sophisticated, but if you want an opportunity to pet, feed, and otherwise interact with tame deer, it's great. The deer follow you around, and we even got to pet a baby deer that kept trying to eat our shoelaces! The camel was also really friendly, as were the llamas. My daughter and her friend had a great time talking to the parrots as well. Large gift shop, and very nice staff.

I kissed a camel.. They had just redone the walkway so the deer had been penned up awhile. We were swarmed by deer when they saw us walk out. You have to buy the feeder cup. We were there at opening at got practically a private tour from one of the owners.

The place lived up to its billing. The dear and other animals were friendly and available. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend for any animal lovers.

It was a lot of fun feeding and interacting with the deer. They can be a bit overwhelming when a crowd gathers, but they are generally good natured and really beautiful creatures. The rest of the animals were kept in sad enclosures, so that was a bit of a letdown. It was worth a short stop on the way to the Grand Canyon.

If you like up close and personal time with deer, goats, and such, this is the place for you. A few miles east of Williams on I 40, it is a great change of pace and well worth the cost.
