Once in Chloride you can't miss this little restaurant with a lovely decorated veranda. The food is good and freshly made. The whole place is packed with all kind of decorative pieces, you are free to walk to and take pictures of. We sat on a table and were left alone but the people that ate at the bar were well entertained with stories and pictures the barlady had. We listened and enjoyed the conversation too. Nice to stop when you're in town.

If you are headed south from Las Vegas to Kingman, AZ, be sure to take the 5 mile (one way on a good paved road) to the historic mining 1880's mining town of Chloride, AZ and spend some time in Digger Dave's Bar. They have the coldest Pabst Blue Ribbon in frosted mug around!

This little spot is in the middle of NOWHERE! Seriously, a ghost town. Dave and Dori are the owners and very nice, courteous and helpful. It is set up as a bar/restaurant (looks like a biker bar, lol). They have a nice menu, with appetizers, meals, drinks and deserts. Nice variety. I had their burger. It was really good! Nice amount of fries to go with it. My husband got their Pulled Pork Sandwich, which he said was AMAZING! It came with fries, coleslaw and pickle. Truly not what we were expecting. The next time we are heading into/or back from Kingman we will stop in there again.
