Got the perfect color Tonya Knight she is a perfectionist with her color and im glad she is. I have received so many compliments on my hair thank yu sooo much Tonya.

To be fair, I did arrive around 4:30 pm with green hair from the chlorine in my hot tub... and although hesitant they agreed to help me. The woman who did my hair was nice and did a great job with the cut. The cut, dye, highlights, style and deep condition ran $115 and i was so grateful I tipped her $40. She styled my hair and it looked good, so I was happy. However, there was a big issue with my highlights on one side. One very prominent and was NOT blended well at all. It also started almost an inch from my scalp. I decided to wait and see if washing it a few times may help mellow out this issue. Over the weekend, my payment processed for $270!!!!!! Remember the $115 plus $40- pretty sure not equal to $270. I went in to get the weird area fixed along with my card. The receptionist was nice and asked for my card so she could refund the difference. She came up to me and handed me a receipt for $100 refunded and said "It was only $85, but I gave you $100." I had to stop her to explain that I was overcharged by $115... then the owner came and looked at my hair and said that foils couldn't get any closer to my scalp... almost an inch away from my head! When I had come in to inquire about $$ and my hair, the woman at the desk told me my hair looked terrible- she was a stylist there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for mediocre product. I think I may have fared better at Cost Cutters..... wish the owner had seemed even remotely concerned

Me and my husband went for massages, facials, and haircuts. The massages were wonderful. I got the facial and that too was amazing. But, my husband was getting a haircut while i got facial so i didn't get to see it till the end. I specifically told the stylist just dust the ends for split ends since his hair is down mid back and he is 6'5. She cut his hair at least 7 inches to where it was to his shoulder blades. i went ballistic after realizing this and had a confrontation with the stylist. So, go for the massage and facial, but unless you make sure your stylist isn't the one i had, don't have the haircut.
