The staff members were very friendly, but what they called beginner class rapids was a bit off. Several times my husband (with our 6 yo) and I (with my 9 yo) almost tipped over due to the intensity of the river rapids. It was very difficult to maneuver around people tubing & massive rocks. Also, the website didn't give enough info about the process of getting to the drop point and failed to detail that one of the staff members had to drive our car to the take out point because their transport vehicle was not equipped with safety seats for kids! Very uncomfortable with a stranger driving our car on narrow mountain roads! The price was just too high for the amount of work we had to do which included taking the canoes out of the river & hiking them up a ramp to be picked up. Would recommend asking a lot of questions before booking.

Used their shuttle service this weekend for kayak camping trip on the Toccoa. Ron Jon moved my car from the put in to the take out location at a reasonable cost. The trip on the Toccoa was very scenic snd offered some casual paddling coupled with a good number of class I and II rapids to keep things interesting.
