This was a great time. I normally go to wineries, by for a change of pace this was amazing. They have live entertainment and games to play. Couches and tables to chill and talk with everyone and laugh. Oh yes the beer is delicious too!

This is a cool, still fairly new spot for some low-key fun and a good alternative to a smoky bar (yes, Georgia still has those) on a Friday or Saturday evening. The brewery is located within a corporate area, less than a quarter mile off of Windward Parkway. The interior has a “your favorite friend’s basement” kind of a feel, with a flat-screen TV, a bar, plenty of seating, live music (from 7-9 pm), and various games. If you’re visiting with a group of friends and/or family, you’d probably have yourself a fine time with a game or two of “giant Jenga” while beer sampling or waiting for your tour. It also strikes me as a decent "happy hour" place, particularly for those who work so closely to it.The staff is friendly and seems to have a passion for what they're doing there, at least those of whom I encountered on my visit. As for the beers, I tried two: the “Hop Dang Diggity” Southern IPA and the “Southern Session” Blonde Ale. Both were excellent and, I believe, locally available in stores as well as bars around town. I’ll buy ‘em, but I'll also return to where they came from.

Visited on a sat afternoon. Tasting room for microbrewery beers n brewery tours. Good beer, nice atmosphere, friendly employees. Only criticism no chairs to relax when tasting, although reassured by my family this is the norm. Would visit again maybe they will have a few chairs for us older customers. Sorry the couch doesnt count not for me anyway.

Jekyll Brewing is already well known around Atlanta and they have only been here for 15 months. They will continue to do well and expand like the other breweries around town for good reason... the beer is just plain tasty. We went to the brewery on a Wednesday and it wasn't very crowded which is a nice change of pace. It's got ping pong, couches, some video/pinball games, so it's a really nice set-up. I'd recommend visiting them if you're into craft beer or you want a different place to visit for happy hour once. You should definitely do the tour as the young lady that did ours was very entertaining.

Our neighbors found this place and took us here on a Friday night, what a great decision. We had a blast, for $12 you get a glass and 6 tickets so you can try 6 drafts. We went on the tour which was interesting and our tour guide was great, and then back to the tasting area where they had a band playing. Was a great environment and everyone there was nice to talk to and everyone was having fun. My two favorites were the Cooter Brown and the Kolch beers. Nice to have a Brewery in Alpharetta, will definitly go back!

The brewery is fun and the staff is friendly. They don't serve food but I think you can bring your own. Worth stopping by to sample the beers. You buy a ticket that gets you a tour and a few samples. Good deal.

We stopped on a Saturday afternoon and were delighted. The tasting room is big with plenty of games and seating. The staff is friendly and engaging. The beer is quite good. Much better than that of Atlanta-area breweries Red Brick and Red Hare. They have music on Friday and Saturday evenings.

great tasting room...with football playing on the big screens, band setting up on the sound stage, great tour, and for a very new brewer, these men know how to make good suds!

I have a friend that lives in Atlanta and we finally went to check out Jekyll while I was visiting Dec. 31st. It's located in an office park, so you have to be careful not to drive right past. Once inside, however, you are met with a friendly and enthusiastic staff. With the luck of the draw, we got our own private tour and our guide was more than willing to answer any questions we had. For such a new brewery I was very impressed with the beer and didn't have anything I didn't like. The IPA was very good but I think my favorite was the Jaded Blonde, which is tasting room only. I had a great time chatting with the staff and I would love to return.

I travel a lot, and like beer. Consequently I do get the opportunity to try a lot of different brews. On a rainy afternoon, and stuck for something to do we took a tour of the tiny, young Jekyll brewery in Alpharetta. In an uninspiring industrial unit, $12 dollars buys you a jar, a handful of tickets - you give one up each time you try a beer - entry to a bar room and a 10 minute enthusiastic tour of the tiny plant. Go with friends, have a designated driver, don't expect to finish the tour with a Ph.D in brewing, but do try the beer. With seven or eight available - including the newer experimental brews - the enthusiasm of the team combined with the fantastic range of beer is a true delight. And Hop Dang Diggety may just be the best beer in the world.
