Fantastic and very interesting place, went with my kids on 2 occasions, did not expect much due to the location but was really impressed and totally enjoyed the exhibits and history. Great place.

Visited the bubble car museum this morning with my 4 year old boy. We both love cars and motorbikes so really enjoyed the displays. Some reviews have said the owners were rude but this could not be further from the truth we found them to be polite and patient even when my boy spilt his juice everywhere. It is obvious the owners are passionate about their cars and a great deal of thought has gone into the layout. Very good value for money and a great tea room attached. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends. Sorry again for the black currant spillage!!!

What a fantasic place to visit, bucket loads of memories of Bonds, Isettas, Heinkels Gogo mobiles Reliants and suprise displays well set out and displayed. My wife was a bit indifferent about going to another old museum of old vehicles, but once she entered the builing she was enthralled with the displays of wonderful vehicles on display. So if you want to enjoy a great day out for people of all ages, kids will be amazed at the type of vehicles us oldies used to drive, and the oldies will say just like the one I used to drive. So check opening days and times before you go, weekends open, and closed during the winter months.

A great selection of unique small cars and bikes that you wouldn't offended get to experience unless you visited this museum.

Often wondered what this little museum was like. Decided to visit as I was in the area. what a nice surprise. Lovely place. Friendly people. Lots to see. and affordable entrance cost for everyone. Even the drinks were value for money. This ended up to be a most enjoyable day for us. If small cars are for you. Visit here. You won't be disappointed.

A little unusual subject, but we had a great visit here on a wet Friday. Very reasonable admission charge (Not often you'll hear that from a Yorkshireman!! ), and another unknown for me, I actually bought a guide. - again well worth the £1 charged to get so much more out of your visit.

An excellent visit to a quirky museum and only £3 entry fee. Also our dog was made welcome too and was able to look round the museum with us.

We camped for a couple of days with two friends, the field was well looked after and there were EHUs if you required them. The museum itself is wonderful, cars and bikes in themed settings. I rather liked the scrap yard theme and the picnic camping diorama, With a £3.00 entry fee and homemade cakes in the small cafe it was a wonderful trip down memort lane. Will definately be visiting again.

We live locally and have passed by many times, however this weekend we had relatives, from Devon, staying with us so planned a visit. This place is a real hidden gem, only £3 entrance per adult and then the joy of strolling around and reminiscing about how things used to be! There is a wonderful selection of small vehicles and motorbikes, both upstairs and down. Beautifully restored and all displayed in their own individual settings. There is also a lovely cafe with a delicious selection of home made cakes, and a beautiful grassed caravan and camping area for those who want to relax for longer. This is a museum that we will be visiting again and again and I would urge everyone to pay a visit, it's absolutely brilliant!

My wife and I visited this venue as a part of a group of 28 (20 adults and 8 children) in our 80's VW Camper Vans. The camping field was perfect for us, well maintained, with several electric hookups. It was nice that we were allowed to camp in a circle to create our own space. The clean loo's and shower were a definite bonus.Camping fees were also very reasonable and we were allowed to have an 'off the floor' fire pit which is becoming increasing rare nowadays. The museum is small and specialized but it doesn't pretend to be anything else. The £3 entrance fee is fair enough, certainly not a rip off as long as you don't visit expecting it to be something that it isn't. I saw everything I wanted in 20 minutes but then a true 3 wheel enthusiast could be in there for hours...horses for courses. The only two negatives for me were: from a camping perspective, there was a fair bit of traffic noise, given that this venue is fairly remote. And possibly a bit of over sensitivity from the site owner who visited our camp fire on the Saturday evening at 8.30pm, telling us that someone had complained the kids were a bit loud. The kids were doing what kids do, running around playing..it was only 8.30pm on a Saturday after all...We like being outside around a camp fire, I suspect the person who complained had locked themselves away in a caravan to watch 'strictly come dancing' or something and the kids playing and having fun disturbed their telly...shame on them.So generally a positive experience..keep up the good work, I wish there were more places to visit like The Bubblecar Museum.

Visited on a September afternoon. Purchased a little guide for £1 - giving details of each vehicle - Bubble cars and mopeds. Included other little mock up house, shop and garage displays that stirred childhood memories of 50's 60's & 70's. Enjoyed a brew of tea afterwards. I'd been promising a visit to this place since seeing it on the telly nearly a year ago and was not disappointed!

having visited the fantastic museum some months a go and stopped for tea and cake when ever we are over that way it's our favourite place to stop. Today I had the ginger sponge yum yum. Gift shop always has something to purchase this time a rag wreath kit £ 4.50 on eBay £8 or more. Can't recommend enough.

Great value for money, not very big, worth a visit, lots of interesting cars, bikes and other bits. We had a look around then came into the shop/cafe area for a coffe and toasted tea cake and the chap who served us was very informative about the cars he had collected. The shop was full of home made produce. Would return and hope to have a drive in one of the cars next time.

We really like this place, the exhibits are well laid out and take me right back to my teenage years. The entrance fee is really great value as is the small but excellent menu. You could not ask for friendlier owners and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome or answer any questions you may have. The gift shop is also priced very well with loads of locally sourced items. Try the cider it's great!
