Such an interesting little shop and museum - it was a little treasure of a place to visit. The volunteers were all so helpful and had beautiful gifts to buy

It is well worth spending some time here to get a historical perspective on the Cathedral.I highly recommend it.

For a small village, it was a nice experience, relevant to the area. Has information about what happened near here through the most recent ages

I was very pleasantly surprised by the size inside and the amount of information packed in. There was clear and easy progression from one exhibit to the next and the information was easily accessible. The wheelchair access was adequate for the most part but some of the collections could not be seen.

Very deceptive, looks very small from the outside but is quite large on the inside. Very interesting facts about the Cathedral and life within the Dunblane area throughout the centuries right up to the present day

We weren't going to go to the museum but we missed our bus to Doune and had some time before the next one so we went in. We weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. The museum is small and volunteer run but the people are super nice. They were very helpful and answered every question we had. The displays were well put together and actually quite modern. You could tell that the people who out them together really cared. The gardens are beautiful too! It's definitely worth an hour of your time.

A small, volunteer run, museum that gives an interesting and well presented insight into the whole area, and the events that have occurred around Dunblane. All situated in an old building right at the heart of Dunblane opposite the Cathedral. The modern displays are clear and suited to all agesAdditional exhibitions and regularly changed, currently including both the First World War - putting the human face to the names of some local war memorials and the Second World War with a display about the "Atlantic Wall", which can be found on Sheriffmuir above the town, and its contribution to the success at D Day on 6 June 1944.Small, but interestingly stocked, gift shop, an enclosed garden for quiet time, pleasant chats with the volunteers. Donations are appreciated

Nothing to dislike. Original centuries old building with a small garden and well. Lovely welcoming staff.

The Museum has recently been upgraded and holds a variety of interesting artifacts. Many relate to the Cathedral, others to WW1 and WW2 and times gone by. Quite a mixture. There is a gift shop and the ladies on duty enjoy chatting with visitors. And it's free but donations are requested. Take time to visit and enjoy.

This is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. I was really surprised that it is free to enter although donations are appreciated. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Great local museum with so many interesting exhibits, small entrance with a Tardis behind it. A hidden gem

I went here a while ago just for something to do. I am in a wheelchair and I saw there was a step at the door and steps leading inside. My PA went inside and asked if they had access and a woman from the gift shop took us round the back. I don't previously remember going to the museum so wasn't sure about access thankly they do have access and they have a small lift to get upstairs we just got the woman to move the chair out the lift. My favourite part was the videos and tapes. I got free toffee/fudge at the end. All in all if you were a tourist you would love to come here or if you lived here already and if you have mobility problems or you have a small child with a buggy there is very good access.

This is a small but fascinating museum with some extremely interesting artefacts. The history of the town is attractively displayed with colourful illustrations and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop stocks a good selection of quality goods. The DVD is informative and entertaining.

Lots of historical information, a great display of Andy Murray's achievements including a shirt he wore when he won US open and his team GB tracksuit top. Lots of souvenirs on sale.
