I was booked on a beginners ski lesson yesterday, Struan our instructor gave a great introductory lesson. He was friendly, patient and encouraging, a credit to your staff.

Just got back from an awesome all-day beginners' ski lesson at Snowfactor Soar Braehead. Kate, our instructor was superb: I had never been near a pair of skis before and being in my late 40's was wondering if I ever would, but she had me ploughing down the big, steep slope by about 3pm in the afternoon. Heartily recommend this 1 day course. The Travelodge braehead is the closest staggerable overnight stay!Visited March 2015

Had my first snowboarding lesson with Justin yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lessons were paced just right, well explained, very welcoming and friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back for sure. Cheers Justin!

My son was booked into the 5 session block of skiing at snowfactor. In 5 lessons and with the incredible patience of Murray A. my 5 year old managed to get down the big hill! He'll be back for a few private lessons with the same instructor if possible.

We booked a family lesson in the hope of getting our ski legs back after a couple of years without practice. Murray A was an excellent, friendly and patient coach; he built up our confidence and got us all back up the big slope in no time. Really fun to do it as a family too. Would thoroughly recommend. Was not too busy, either.

I went on a Staff Day Out, We did Ice Climbing with Stuart and Snow Boarding, all the staff made us feel welcome and we had a great time. We also had a lunch book in the Restaurant and the food was good, plenty to eat.

Skiing Lesson 2 today with Scott T. Scott was brilliant, and managed to push us through to level 4 by the end of the 90 minutes....couldn't possibly ask for more!Only reason its not a 5* rating is the cost.... £39 for a single lesson is pretty steep, although thankfully Scott managed to cover Levels 2,3 & 4 in a single lesson so he saved me a fortune!

Booked myself into a fast track 3&4 in preparation for going away skiing this weekend. I've skiied before but wasn't confident that I would remember anything.Couldn't have asked for a better instructor than Stuart. All of our group progressed really quickly and we were on the main slope within the hour. He was very enthusiastic and informative. Demonstrated how to do things properly whilst also explaining why it was important. I really felt like I got a lot out of my lesson and I can't wait to come back on my own. Thanks Stuart!
