station cafe wemyss bay

Exactly as it says above. Wemyss Bay Station is undoubtedly a beautiful place, which is more the pity that this 'Cafe' (and I use that word reluctantly!) is so poor.Last time I made the mistake of ordering soup and a roll and slice sausage. The soup was allegedly Lentil and Bacon but to me it was just a bland blended puree which had far too much salt in it. The roll and slice was utterly pointless, cheap tasteless sausage in an equally cheap and tasteless supermarket roll. Not even an Aulds roll!!!! and my pet hate: the person cooking the food and serving it took my money and gave me my change back. Handling money and then food without washing or wearing gloves is just honking in my opinion.Avoid!

Brilliant wee cafe conveniently situated in Wemyss Bay station. It's so nice inside and the staff are very friendly and helpful, we had breakfast which was delicious, served hot and well presented. A must visit if in this area.

This is a fabulous little quaint café in the splendid wemyss bay station.Sitting in here makes you feel as if you have stepped on to the set of brief encounter.It really is lovely. Good food too.

Stopped in for a breakfast last Sunday, excellent food, excellent value and lovely friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
