I explored Sarek during winter 2014 (march). This is not a place for a beginners at this time of year. There are basically no huts there. Only a few emergency shelters. You need to carry all your equipment with you. Blizzards can ground you inside the tent even for a days. But if you're prepared and like this kind of 'entertainment' this place is perfect for you. Wilderness with vast valleys, high mountains and lack of people. Highly recommend.

So unbelivable nature and wildlife, with only one problem, the "knotts" and mosqitos.A most untouch areain Sweden that extremely few people visit. If you avoid them by visiting this lovely nature park in the spring or fall if magical.Don't go here in the summer because then you will be eaten alive. :)Don't miss the Rapadelta. Walk higher up to get the best scenery.http://www.sarekfjallen.se/besoka-sarek/http://www.naturvardsverket.se/en/Enjoying-nature/Protected-areas/National-Parks/Sarek/

I Sareks nationalpark kan man finna stillhet. Vandra i långsam takt och upptäck oändliga vidder, vackra fjäll, ovanlig fauna men också mygg!

Groot natuurgebied, zeer rustig, kan zeer zwaar zijn vanwege hoge waterstand van de riviertjes en het weer
