The cave is located just 10 minutes drive from the highway + a 15 minutes walk. The tour itself takes around 45 minutes, and I would expect it to be little bit longer for 6 euros. Still, you will make good use of solid boots, as there are some slippery parts. You can also order a full tour which takes several hours. The guides are nice and witty and I guess they can speak English. If you visit this area, you should also try hiking in nearby Lačnov Canyon and Lačnov village.
