What a surprise this was, full of baroque splendour. The ceiling was painted in true baroque style, and there were lots of tombs of the di Segno family around, and statues of the virtues, plus a lovely one in the centre of the church, the Veiled Christ. The floor used to be a labyrinth, but only a few of the tiles are left now. Raimondo di Segno was a real Renaissance man, interested in everything, and downstairs are 2 bodies with all their veins and arteries. We’re so glad we didn’t miss it all.

I am an art enthusiast and have visited many of the worlds best Museums. Two of the statues in this museum are the best I have ever seen. It is a bit pricey for such a small museum, so if you'r not into art don't go, but if you are, don't miss it.

A private chapel house with almost thirty works of art, among which are three idiosyncratic sculptures, the best is Veiled Christ and the graffiti on the ceiling with many masonic meanings. The chapel also displays a basement used as a lab with creepy skeletons. The skeletons are encased in the hardened arteries and veins. Must see if in Naples, mind you tickets are not cheap and no photos inside the Chapel.

If you wanted to see just one thing in Napoli than this would be it. Amazing and astonishing. I can not imagine how the sculptures were made. Negative things: you are not allowed to take any photos but you can buy their pricy photos; ticket costs 7 euros. Tickets sold in a building across the street not in the church and it is small and crowded so take care of your wallets.

First of all, I must say I am not a great art lover and don't normally go out of my way to visit the likes of galleries but the workmanship shown here blew my mind. The only thing is the price. 7 Euro for adults and 5 for kids is too much for something that takes roughly half an hour and you can't even take photos. Compare this with the likes of Pompeii where for 10 euro you get something which takes hours to see and is on a huge scale. Not what you would expect on what seems like a back alley. Worth seeing!

The sculpture is really amazing. I could spend hours to look at details. The problem is the price, 7 Euro to get in and you are not even allowed to take pictures, I mean even without flash. To make sure you don't, they placed 5 staff in a 50 square meter room to check you, lol. Reason is simple they want to sell you their own pictures but they are so pricy that none is buying it. Lower the entrance fee at least.

There are a number of outstanding statues in this small museum, which is tucked away so neatly you have to search carefully to find it. The Giuseppe Sanmartino statue of the veiled Christ is worth the entrance fee on its own. Shame you aren't allowed to take photos; I can't see what harm it would have done to a marble statue. If they're that uptight about things getting abused or damaged, they only have to look around the rest of the city!

If you are an art lover, than the entrance fee (7 euros) is well worth the price. You have to buy your tickets at the little shop across the street, which many people didn't know. They would only realize it after standing in line for a long period of time. After purchasing the tickets, we waited in line for about 20 minutes. The sculpture of the Veiled Christ is incredible and I am sooo glad I got to see it. The only thing I did not like is the fact that there is no order to managing the crowd once inside the chapel. The Veiled Christ is surrounded by rope and people just stand around it and linger without moving. Which is easy to do because it takes your breath away, but it was very annoying to have to fight through a crowd to be able to see it. It would be so much better if there was a line that starts at one spot and then moves around the sculpture to an exit. There are other impressive sculptures in the chapel as well and an interesting history. But there's no guided tour - you'll need to bring your own tour book and read about it.
