HJad excellent family run there in the slides section. Saw the adult section and it blew me away. Would come back again without the kids and enjoy a whole day here. Free with Blackforest card if you stay in a local hotel for more than 2 nights!

Visited twice during our week in the Black Forest and had fun in both occasions. 4 year old liked the younger slides, 7 year old loved the bigger slides (for ages 7-12) and went on some of the older slides too. We all loved the wave pool and we took advantage of having grandparents with us to watch the kids and went into the Palm Oasis area with heated pool, outside swimming area and a bar in the pool for a sneaky cocktail! We had the Hochschwarzwald tourist card from our hotel which meant we got 1.5 hours here free per day and only paid 1euro per hour over this-great value!!!The changing areas are clean and well organised and overall all the facilities were of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

We had a 3 hour stay on first weekend of January. Due to experiences from last year we rocked up early- at opning time. The best time in the sledging part (and also Palm Oasis) is when it is not booked out. After 1 hour waiting times for sledges increased steadily- took 5 minutes or more than. There is a number of different slides ,with 3 ages levels. Our 8-year old loved to go on their own and have fun. The big pool has waves every 30 minutes. The palm oasis offers inside and outside swimming, with bubblers and great views of nature. Also, it has a bar in the water- so it is possible to feel really on holidays...

Visited in winter and we needed something to do as the weather was bad for skiing. We were delighted to find this place! It's great fun. The palm oasis really felt incredible, it was like being "outside" with the clear glass roof and palm trees, but nice and warm. The pool bar served delicious drinks and we loved drifting to the outside bath for some cold air on our ears while we enjoyed the epwarm water. We really loved that we could take our toddler to the adults-only palm area - the lack of children running around made it peaceful, as the toddlers/babies are close to their parents. I have read some of the negative reviews that complain about no kids being allowed in the palm area - but seriously, the kids are catered for in the Galazy area and there should be some peace and relaxation somewhere for adults!!! When we wanted more action, we went to the Galaxy area. It's a small slide area, but still adequate for a bit of fun. The half-pipe was a definite highlight. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The whole place was exceptionally clean, we were very impressed. We are planning a return visit. Definitely worth a trip!!

The place is a water-action park that offers entertainment for all ages - kids, families and teenagers. The fact it everything is indoors and that opening times on summer are till 10pm, makes it a highly attractive afternoon / evening attraction. We visited the Galaxy Schwartzwald last summer. This section of Badeparadies fits the whole family. It is separated from the Palm Oasis so kids can safely go by themselves to the different slides. It offers a waves pool and about 18 slides, some of which are for young children, and the other slides are exciting for the others from intermediate slides into challenging ones. Don't worry - all is safe and secure and highly enjoying! If you forgot towel, slippers or similar you can also buy them there at a reasonable price. The visitors load, even on high season is fine, and the site is prepared well to deal with hundreds of concurrent visitors. Pools are large and the place is clean and properly maintained. All in all, it is fun and well worth the money.

This place has a serious "wow factor". In a huge glass-paned building lie 3 separate attractions: the Galaxy waterpark, fit for all ages, has a large wave pool and slides ranging from small ones for toddlers, to some pretty large and fun ones. This isn't a huge water-park with lots of slides - for an adult, there are about 4-5 worth the trouble - but considering that it's indoor and operates all day long in any season it's quite amazing. Then there's the Palm Oasis, for ages 16 and up (which is truly awesome) which is a HUGE swimming pool with an outdoor section (you can actually swim outside through a rotating door) and a in-pool bar serving great cocktails, surrounded by palms and beds to rest on. And last but not least is the upstairs sauna area, that is a dedicated nude-only area with four incredible saunas as well as ice-cold waterfall showers, outdoor rest areas, and another bar. Added to the mix is the excellent planning - you get electronic chips which allow you to pay for any services such as food without carrying your wallet, there are plenty of shelves for your clothes and towels, the changing area has private cabins with hairdryers and so forth. There are only a few very minor drawbacks and complaints: the waterpark alone will get boring for an adult after a couple of hours, there are hardly any two-seater pool tires for the slides, and one facility really missing from the palm oasis is some jacuzzies.Regardless, this is simply a must for any vacation in the black forest, so don't miss out.

Super water slide section for kids. The adult section is wonderful; restaurant has great food, reasonably priced. Atmosphere in the adult section is cool - swim up bar, mood lighting. Everything is charged to your wristband, so no need to carry money. Well worth an entire day!

A place for all ages... went there during winter time. The locker system is unique and safe. Its a relaxing pool & the ambience is just gorgeous. We drank @poolbar & it was really awesome. We also had our dinner @the restaurant there. Beside German foods, they also have Asian foods. The price is reasonable. We truly enjoyed but the only thing i was not so happy that photo taking is forbidden.Overall i had great time!

We went for only 1.5 hours to get wet and have fun so we weren't in the bar zone. The slides were fast and fun for all ages. Although smaller than typical slides in America and Canada (like great wolf) it is still a LOT of fun. Parking is free just bring your ticket in for credit!

We went there for a finishing activity after doing the Wutachslucht trail. We enjoyed the slides on one hand and the relaxing pool on the other. A very worthwhile visit.
