Always one of our favourite beaches on Lipsi - not very big but sandy and shallow for along way so a nice change from shingle beaches. The ducks and geese raised by Costa and family at the taverna will come for a swim and any spare bread or biscuits. One of best tavernas for lunch, excellent food and welcome shade.

This beach is accessible on foot but is quite a long walk from the island's village, but there is a mini-bus that goes there and back several times a day. It is a sandy beach with a very gradual slope so is very safe for children. There is also a nice taverna at the back of the beach. Some of the tour boats visit here so on occasions it does get crowded.

In my view this is the best beach in Lipsi. wonderful contest, beatiful colours, shallow water good for bathing and an excellent restaurant for a break.advisable going early in the morning or late in the afternoon, if being in high season.

Getting around at Lipsi you need a motorbike or a taxi. There is no bus going around this summer.Or just walk, lovely Island for walking. You should also go to Katsadia, lovely bay with a super restaurant Dilaila.

Go to this beach when you are on the island of Lipsi, 45 mins walk from the town or you can get the bus or a taxi. Sandy beach, very shallow water for bag and ball and beautiful blue sea. Very good taverna for lunch as well what more could you ask for.

Quite simply one of, if not the best beach I have been to. Only a narrow strip of "sitting" sand, 2 to 3 metres of shingle and stone underwater and then 50 metres of the gentlest shelving powdery sand beneath crystal clear turquoise waters, before levels reached adult chest height. With a taverna on site - wonderful. My tip for all Greek Island beaches in the summer is to go early, enjoy the relative quiet before they start to fill up from 1 p.m. on.

This is a beautiful swim area with a good taverna! The beach is awesome and so relaxing. We really enjoyed it there.

this beach has soft sand, clear water and a beautiful vista. it is calm and inspiring. as you enter the sea you can walk for 30 meters along a flat sandy ledge in warm shallow water, ideal for messing about in the sea.

Cerulean water, ducks, sandy beach and a taverna, what more could you ask for. The water is so clear. It's a fair walk from town - about an hour - so consider calling a taxi.

Loved the walk there which is about 2.5 km . Has a shelter of trees and a great taverna set back from the beach

We had a wonderful Greek salad, piled high with feta, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. The Mythos beer was a thirst quenchers. We have never seen a beach like this in the world. Sandy and the bluest blue.

The combination of this lovely taverna and the wonderful beach, never seen sea so blue, makes this a perfect spot to chill. After a morning on the beach there's nothing better than a cold beer or retsina and one of their amazing chicken kebabs, so tender and juicy. Easily reached from the town by either town mini bus or taxi well worth a visit.
