我们租了一辆小轿车开着去伊利亚海滩,这是值得的。海滩非常漂亮,舍友一些休息室(收费),有大大的遮阳伞。海滩很拥挤,但是正因为如此才更热情。这里的人们非常友好。那些被晒黑的员工一直在不停地在咖啡馆和客人之间跑着送食物和饮料。点上一杯饮料,好好欣赏一下美景吧!

这里远离Chora (米克诺斯镇)还有其他海滩。不知道为何人这么多,门票甚至比其他海滩还贵。我再不想住在这个海滩周围的任何一家旅馆(离米克诺斯镇实在是太远了)。

We traveled to this picturesque beach by public transport mid morning and proceeded on a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the right of the main beach area as you are facing the water and hired up a spot serviced by very attentive staff on the waters edge. The water was crystal clear, the sand was golden and the expected crowds were nowhere to be seen. We had a great day, enjoyed some wonderful seafood and wine served to our lounges and were pleasantly surprised by the price for our day out. Negotiate a rate for your lounges and umbrellas. The attendants want you to stay with them so will drop the price if you ask them. The scenery was interesting and as far as people watching is concerned, we are still talking about one individual who proceeded to display his flexibility and gymnastic ability near our spot. There were lots of people handing out free passes to the rave that was scheduled for later in the evening. The buses arrived at the scheduled time and returned us to Mykonos Town.

Its a bit on the expensive side but good views and plenty of places to lay down. Cannot complain about the drinks.

Now I discovered Elia beach on my very first visit to Mykonos 3 years ago. If you staying in Mykonos Town as we do, it's a bit far, but hey when in Mykonos, grab your quad bike, don't forget your sunscreen and take a leisurely ride to Elia Beach, a great way to sea the island. When you get there, remember there are two beaches, the gay side (can't miss the flag) and the more family orientated beach. You hire your cushioned beach loungers under rustic thatch umbrellas, order a tall glass of alcoholic cocktail and watch the interesting sights go by. Note that clothing is optional but I have not seen anything too risqué so far. This is the perfect beach to just lie there and relax, work on your tan, read the novel you have been wanting to read all year and swim in the clear blue ocean. To put you in a even more relaxed mood, try a massage at one of the massage stations, great if you want a amazing massage by a Greek God!This year we tried the many watersports available on the beach and was huge fun! Elia Restaurant has amazing amazing Mediterranean food and the seafood is absolutely fresh! It's always buzzing with people and the perfect spot to eat, drink and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.Never have I been disappointed in what I ate! So after this ultimate day on Elia, we get back on our quad bikes, head back to our superb Hotel Mykonos Theoxenia, freshen up for dinner, party the night away... And do it all over again!! Elia - Perfect island bliss!

Elia Beach is the perfect alternative the some of the more party-hardy beaches on Mykonos. There are straight and gay, singles and couples, older and younger. There are several sections, each charge for chair and/or umbrella use. There is also a restuarant to get food and drinks. A nice perk is you can have items delivered if you don't want to leave your lounge chair and continue to work on your tan. Chair space and scooter parking does fill up so don't get there too late.

The beach is great. However the crowd is more mature and affluent. the beach is also family oriented. Great destinations for family and friends in need of a relaxing escape. Water is warm, feels fantastic and pretty smooth.

We had the day to spend in Mykonos as a port of call on our cruise. We took the bus to Elias beach and spent the morning relaxing and swimming on the beach. It is clothing optional, however we did not see anyone topless.There were plenty of cushions loungers and thatch umbrellas (for a fee). The water was crystal clear. It was a little cold, but you got used to it once you were in. Water shoes come in handy here as the beach is not sandy, more pebbly.There is also food and beverage service on the beach, and a restaurant and bar.My husband got a back message.Behind and all around are the steep hills with white house's surrounding the bay.Well worth spending some time here before heading into town for lunch and shopping.

We have been to Mykonos plenty of times, and Elia beach is one of the best spots to visit, for all day swimming, beach life and sunset drink and food! Bring your camera for amazing shots!!

Elia beach is by far one of the best beaches on Mykonos, it is quiet and peaceful. I recommend purchasing a sun chair right by the seaside and fall asleep with the waves gentle crashing on the shore. There is also easy access to the Elia Restaurant that serves a variety of food. Views are scenic at Elia and I would suggest spending an entire day to re-juvenate fully. Perfect for couples.

Arriving by cruise ship, we decided to take a tour to Elia Beach. My husband and I were glad we did! The water was so amazingly crystal clear you could see the bottom for quite a way out! There were comfy lounge chairs and lovely straw umbrellas (for a small fee) which made for a very relaxing day! The staff was very attentive but never pushy or annoying. There was also a menu from the nearby restaurant if you wanted food or a glass of wine while you relax and they would deliver it right to you on the beach. What more could you ask for!

I love mykonos is definitely my favourite island in Greece. This place is absolutely a paradise on July. Not overcrowded but not desolated beautiful sea and very well organised. Far from the chaotic centre. A must go place

Great setting. We ordered food while at the beach from the restaurant that offers food there and had really good dishes.Water was warm, people-watching was entertaining. Lots of water activities nearby, too.
