Very interesting and beautiful cave. There are a lot stalactites and stalagmites. It is not tiring, there are no steps or othder difficulties. The guides are very kind and tell amusing stories. The most interesting are the stalactites that produce sound like music when you knock on them.It is not allowed to make photos inside the cave because the flashes. They disturb the natural darkness, the creatures and make good conditions for non tipic plants. Not far from the cave you can buy natural honey. There are other attractions in the region. If you like the the extreme - this is the place, if not - you can visit the farm with ostriches.

This was the first cave we visited with our son (who was 1 year 8 months old then) and we found it delightful. The tour guides are very friendly and gave us a lot of details about the cave.

What a neat experience. We stopped here as an extra while on our way to Veliko Tarnovo from Sofia. Entrance fee was 4 leva and the cave was amazing. The man who staffed the cave only spoke Bulgarian, but our guide for the day was able to translate for us. The travertine formations inside of the cave are stunning and we were able to see bats hanging from the ceiling. This was a great surprise, I'm glad we didn't miss it.
