Liked the rainforest. Not too many people there (all at the lakeside beaches). if you like walking this is great.

It is a beautiful city with good food, museums and lots of out door activities. It reminds me of Boulder, Colorado

Beautiful lakes and mountains, stunning scenery. We really loved being in Bariloche, a vibrant town with lots to see and do.

A ton to do and bariloche is a perfect launch point. Best to do a tour if you want to see a lot. We took a few when we visited. There are a ton of services but LS travel is great to see this park. They offer a tour to Victoria island and to the best views of the park. You can do full day or half days for less than $60 for a full day

fjord like lakes; lovely walks. get out of downtown bariloche (little atmosphere, broken sidewalks, nice people but town needs investment to modernize) to enjoy the amazing nature, lake & mountain views and parks.

The Nahuel Huapi National Park provides a very beautiful walk, but don't have much news. If you like different kinds of flowers and birds, you will like!

We took a two hour boat excursion across the lake with a stop at Parque Nacional Arrayanes and ending at Llao Llao Resort. The visits, water, sky, and surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. This national park is a treasure with tremendous photo opportunities. On our trip we saw light shafts, rainbows, and water spouts. Wow.Spend all or part of a day here. Lovely. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.

A very pleasant walk following a well-marked trail. It was rated as "media" with regard to its level of difficulty. The walk there and back (roughly 6 km) took us about an hour and a half. Some sections were easy to negotiate (we are aged in our 60s and 70s) but there were a couple of places where the going got a bit tougher and we were glad we had substantial foot wear. Lovely views.

Amazing park with varied terrain and lots to do! This park is the largest and oldest in South America and the 3rd National Park to be established in the world, after Yellowstone and Yosemite. Lago Nahuel Huali is an impressive lago (lake) with water unbelievably crystal clear. One can walk the streets and shops of Bariloche, ride a ski lift to the top of Cerro Catedral, view a dormant volcano with glaciers (Tonador), hike the Andes, kayak in crystal clear waters of pristine lakes, fish unspoiled rivers...and that is just scratching the surface of the opportunities. Highly recommend taking advantage of this Parque Nacional!

We drove through the park on our way to the Ruta de los 7 Lagos. The vistas of the mountains are lovely, but we would have enjoyed more opportunity to get out and hike. We did find a lovely 12 km walk at Villa de Angostura, in the Parque Nacional de Arrayanes, also a 4 km return walk to Cascadas Nivinco, but not much else. Beautiful vistas though.
