It's a good place to buy souvenirs, things are very cheap.There are good restaurants and market with tipical Bahia foods.There is a lot of options of local drinks (better for the ones who enjoy the sweet ones).

You must come to Passarela do Alcool for some of the fancy drinks the vendors offer just be prepared to walk a lot and also to do some shopping around some of the many street side stores they usually open early evening.

During the day it is a great place to have a meal with family. During the night only adults. You can buy drinks and have a great fun! Walk around, shopping local craft and drink!

Its part of Porto Seguro...nice place for dinner( tables on sidewalk) plus lots of vendors long the Passarela(sidewalk).

You can go there to know but it is not a must. In addition to this, it is not really safe. The stuff sold are not unbelieveble and it is expensive.

All kinds of drinks and foods in one street. All of those cars and stands competing. It's good for a walk in the evening before. You can try different foods of Brazil. Some nice Tapiocas maybe. Lots of souvenirs but The Red Crown Market is cheaper if you're buying many.

This is the area in Porto Seguro where you go to eat at night, and shop for souvenirs. I simply do not know how many restaurants there are and it is easy to browse the menus shown to you by the waiters. You have more than enough to choose from. The street and pavement area are surprisingly clean - it is a joy to walk there. But it is, or can be crowded. You also feel safe!

This is just a small part of the city centre with some shops, restaurants and bars. Go in the evening to walk around and buy some souvenirs (they are cheap and nice!) They sell everything over there: from bathing suits and funny t-shirts to typical sweets made with coconut and very colorful drinks. By the way if you want to try the local drink ask for "capeta". It is usually made with condensed milk, vodka, guaraná berry extract, ice cubes and cinnamon and it costs about R$10 (or US$5). If you decide to have dinner there, you will find a lot of nice restaurants (pizza, pasta, brazilian food, etc). There are ATM machines nearby and also a bus stop.

this great named street is the main waterfront strip in porto. bustling with restaurants and shops and in the evening a street market with food drinks snacks and goodies. the historic buildings are totally photogenic with brightly coloured facades and beautiful smiling locals everywhere you look!

A noite lojas e restaurantes abrem,e várias barraquinhas se reunem com artesanatos e diversos produtos locais. Muito bom para passear a noite, jantar, comprar lembrancinhas e artesanatos.

Esperava mais badalação e opções para lazer. A alimentação é cara, frutos do mar sem sabor, porém as opções são bem variadas. Vale a pena conferir a empresa de turismo Costa Bahia e falem com Samir, ele é bem honesto e ainda nos deu bons descontos nos passeios. Fechamos vários passeios com ele.

Un punto clásico de Porto Seguro que vale la pena recorrer, Muy pintoresco e interesante, aunque la gran mayoría de las "artesanías" que ofrecen en realidad están hechas casi a escala industrial. No deja de ser un "imperdible".

Excelente lugar para fazer um passeio. Provar os chocolates caseiros, maravilhoso. Passear pelas barracas de tapiocas e drinks, chamados de "capetas". Além de engraçados alguns drinks são gostosos. Cuidado com carteiras, e objetos de valor, às vezes fica super lotado e dai boa oportunidade para larápios.
