Not crowded, with good waves, not many tourists, great to relax away from the busy Jurere. If you surf you'll love it

Best spot is the left side of the beach. Great surfing. Try to take a stroll by the pathway, startinf from Santinho´s hotel park lot.

This beach is huge, beautiful, the upper-class hotel is towards the end of it, and then the walking pathways that lead to some history with the 1000-4000 year old petroglyphs were very interesting.

Very quiet, not much waves, super clean. Sand isnot that soft, so it's also great for running!! Sunrise is amazing as well.

Santinho is a very beautiful beach, but only if you walk a little away from the crowds close to the Main entrance. We enjoyed a lot!!Tip: buy a isopor cooler at the supermarket, fill with ice and Drinks and walk about 15 min towards the dunes, You will enjoy a calm and beautiful beach. If you like the " muvuca ", stay at the main entrance and eat good seafood at the Bar on the left side, just be Patient with the waiters. ;-)

Very far if you're not staying in North Florianópolis, but it is worth the 30-min-drive to get there. There is a famous resort called Costão do Santinho, where you can find wonderful restaurants and attractions. The beach is awesome, and the view is also great.

If you are in the north area of the Florianópolis island this is the best place o catch great waves.

No doubt one of the most attractive beaches in the very north of the island and most probably the cleanest in Brazil. This is at least what the natives say themselves by putting up respective, informative signposts with this very message. I lived in Santinho one year and walked every morning from one end of the beach to the other, about 2 x 2 km. Due to its geographic situation it is not overcrowded during the season (Dec - March). Ideal to swim and surf anytime and very clean water. Other than in Ingleses there are no used waters pumped into the ocean.

This beach is frequented mainly by Costão do Santinho Resort guests. But you have free access to it and is worth walking through the wide strip of sand and to enjoy clean and calm waters.Make sure to climb the sand dunes for an unforgettable view in the sunset.--------------------Essa praia é frequentada principalmente pelos hóspedes do Costão do Santinho Resort. Porém você tem livre acesso a ela e vale a pena caminhar por sua larga faixa de areia e aproveitar as águas limpas e calmas.Não deixe de subir nas dunas de areia para uma vista inesquecível no final da tarde.

Na minha opinião a praia do Santinho é uma das mais lindas de Fpolis. É uma praia de mar aberto que significa mais pureza, mais salitre, ondas mais fortes,mais vento,agua cristalina e faixa larga de areia branquinha. Gosto de ir para caminhar e fazer uma parte da trilha para apreciar as inscrições rupestres junto ao famoso Resort Costão do Santinho.Meu conselho seria evitar os meses de janeiro e fevereiro por causa do congestionamento já no inicio da praia dos Ingleses, ou ir cedinho ou ter paciência.Mas não deixem de ir. Para quem gosta de natureza, é imperdível.

linda praia ao lado da famosa praia dos ingleses, compartilhando das mesmas dunas. além do mais, tem uma trilha muito interessante e bonita que começa no final da praia, em frente ao costão do santinho. a água é bem gelada e o mar é agitado, sem dúvida uma das mais bonitas de floripa.

La playa es muy linda, muy amplia. También podes ingresar por los médanos y estar en una parte de la playa donde no hay nadie. Si vas cerca del resort hay restaurantes y barcitos de playa

Esta praia linda, já foi muito melhor, antes da urbanização desenfreada...e da implantação do resort só para ricos...não recomendo.
