michelini wines

We only had a short time to visit Michelini (as one of the recommendations of the Visitor Info Centre at Beechworth - thank you (Gail we think)). It was in the middle of vintage but the lady who looked after us was well informed and able to answer all our questions and provide some background to this years vintage progress as well. We liked the range of well known varieties and some less-well-known grape varieties - making it an interesting and informative visit (and the extra weight in the car helped it ride better on the way home)....

Called in today and was surprised by the range of wines on tasting at Michelini Wines and the welcoming and informed Cellar Door staff. They don't serve food or make coffee but that didn't matter as we had a blast! We will be back!
