Great staff served us throughout the ski season without a hick up. Always had gear for the family ready for us to pick up and catered for kids ability. Now helping with bikes for summer. Awesome place to have available to help with our families activities.

Maybe ok for hiring a bike but these guys did not seem to understand how to set a din properly.. As a consequence I needed to sort it myself up the mountain. Since new ownership, store has become stale and staff don't want to help.

Friendly staff who know their stuff. We hired some skis for a weekend with no fuss. When we asked to extend that for another day, they kindly calculated the difference between a 2 and 3 day hire, then charged us the difference, instead of for a full separate day's hire (much more expensive). We'll be using them again when we head back up in several weeks.

We took our kids to Falls Creek and hired our gear at Rocky Valley Bikes & Snow Sports in Mt. Beauty and hired here. The staff were friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. A lovely shop to stop at; clothing at extremely reasonable prices as well.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received. We realise how important it is to have correctly fitting boots to ensure that you enjoy your skiing experience. I understand that the difficulty was in fitting the boots so they did not pinch around the calves, we tried several boots and sizes however, you said that you were happy with the larger size as they were more comfortable. I have checked the 2009 records and yes 1 size smaller boot was used, however you were not comfortable in that same boot this year. We have many types and sizes of boots and would continue to try many options until you said you were happy. We can only be guided by what the customer is feeling. We also have an on mountain service available if needed, however with the new equipment we purchase every year it is very rarely used. Once again we apologise for the service you feel you have received and we will certainly look into our procedures.

We have been using this business to hire bikes, skis, snow gear and chains now for many years and this year was, as usual, fantastic. We particularly like being able to hire on the way to the snow (rather than on the snow), we very much appreciate the service, great attitude and always friendly service. While they are there and we are going to Mt Beauty in both summer and winter we will go on using this fantastic family business.
