Our first and only visit here was using a voucher deal. The idea is fantastic in theory, and the layout and equipment here is great, but there was so much food and rubbish on the floor, it was hard to enjoy our time there. Also, with the voucher deal, we were supposed to receive special socks but were told when we arrived that they ran out weeks ago. I made the booking like 5 days in advance, and they made no mention of this on the phone when I booked. The kept the front door propped open with a rock, and people continually smoked next to the door so I was choking and struggling to breathe the entire time. My last complaint was trying to order a coke and a slice, I spent 5 minutes listening to the older lady behind the counter rant about how sick she was of school holidays and kids and how busy she was, and that she couldn't wait for school to start back up. I only asked for a Coke, but got an earful as well. Not very professional, and no business should complain about being busy. Unless they don't like making money, that is. I certainly won't be going back. We'll drive 20 minutes out of our way next time to go to a clean facility with more professional staff.
