We had a vintage car rally weekend run to the Holden museum. Good collection of cars. Found 2 Holden's I've never thought created by gmh Good little cafe for a basic coffee or snack. Quite happy with the venue. We drove our 1936 Hudson and found plenty of parking along the street as Holden sits in an industrial estate. Check out the back of Holden. They have some lovely 1930's Buicks and vintage cars off the main display.

Visited this Holden museum last month. It was beautifully presented. Historically it covered much more than the Holden Motor Cars - going right back to their earliest day and I was amazes at the products Holden had made.A great stop, just off the highway at Trafalgar.

You will love this if you love older cars. There is a room to have a coffee and another room for movies about Holdens

The Trafalgar Holden Museum is a great car collection display. We went there with a car club for part of a lovely days outing. $5 admission fee. Just recently opened in October 2014. There is a café, gift store and a 45min film on the history of Holden in the cinema room (on request). The cinema room shows a variety of Holden ads otherwise.Besides the Holden cars, there is a corner display of a Frigidaire kitchen... didn't know that Frigidaire was a division of General Motors-Holden, and made refrigerators, stoves, ovens etc. A lovely display with probably 50's or 60's styling. So, something not just for the guys, also for the girls!Open on weekend. There is an interactive room showing the inside of engines and its working parts. Check out the coffee shop.... Love the display!Easy parking on the street and across the road.A well displayed museum and a must see for not just car enthusiasts, but for all visitors. Well done Holden museum!

We travelled to Trafalgar to the newly opened Holden Museum. They have a great set-up in a disused dairy factory, all the exibits are in excellent order, with a short explanation for each car.A theatrette is an added attraction showing the development of the holden car, and good footage of production of the cars. The museum also shows what the factories produced during the war years. Tea - coffee & light refreshments are available. it is very well set out and should do really well.Admission was only $5 each.

This place is newly opened and i was fortunate enough to be there on its first day. Well presented and organised museum located in beautiful gippsland region. Open weekends so that you can make a day of the region. Alot of passion and hard work has gone into this museum and has plenty of room to grow. Interesting facts and awesomely presented cars. would be ideal for a car club cruise destination.
