My husband and I had a lovely wine tasting experience with Sylvia... However, as we were leaving, her husband literally stormed out from the back, screaming at us and his wife because we hadn't paid a tasting fee (despite the fact we were likely to make a website purchase - now out of the question). I tried to defend his beautiful wife but was told, verbatim, to "shut my mouth". This horrible man then continued to scream at his wife in front of us. We didn't know there was a tasting fee and would have been more than happy to pay one - though we ended up paying the $5 each for the sake of this arrogant man's wife. AVOID visiting - not worth the angst.

Something special about seeing the passion in a wine producers face and hearing it their tone. Great explanation of wines - lovely conversation- bought quite a few bottles here- recommend you try the chardonnay !

First trip to the winery we had about 16 people and had the delightful Argentinian BBQ. Sampling wines, purchasing wines and drinking wines with the food it was a joyful experience. Second time there were 8 of us and the experience was just as good. This place has a good feel. If you wish to eat it is best to make a booking as it is primarily a winery.
