Great little centre with a museum and friendly staff who were very kind in helping us find our way to the superb Millstream Falls. A gem of a centre that holds a lot of wonderful history and information of Ravenshoe and also all the tourist attractions in the Atherton Tablelands. And here is something you might want to remember. Ravenshoe is also the highest town in Queensland so if you did not know that, now you do. Definitely the first place to visit if you are in town and require assistance.

Very welcoming Staff with heaps of knowledge and will spend the time explaining the area and attractions. Was SO Disappointed to hear the steam train was considered no longer viable by the Queensland Tourism this will devastate this small town as well as us the tourist!

The staff here were exceptional. Answered all questions we had. No hard sell and helped us find the free camping spots. Interesting displays as well.

Lots of car parking, RV's and touring buses also catered for definitely not just a brochure rack, manned entirely by well informed volunteers and open every day of the year, this is the Visitor Centre that the others want to be like. The Nganyaji Interpretive Centre is attached and is a great illustration of the life of the traditional owners of the area the "Jirrbal".
