lake elphinstone

We just did a 4 day / 3 night camping trip to Lake Elphinstone (QLD) and it wasn't long enough! The camp site is set on the bank of a lovely lake where you can fish, swim, kayak/canoe or water ski. It has toilets and cold shower amenities which the local shire are currently replacing. The new amenities will have solar heated showers I have been led to believe.The township of Glenden is only 25kms away which has a supermarket & tavern if you are in need of new supplies.Great spot!!
