Shhhh....this place is always interesting and we usually have it all to ourselves....I don't want to share!! We explore the rock pools and spend ages looking for tiny star fish and colourful crabs - especially in winter. At full tide and when the sea is surging from an onshore wind it's excellent fun to stand under the breaking waves and watch the spray (for those less brave).

Beautiful spot, but unfortunately very windy so not able to get in the water. Cant wait to come back in better conditions to explore

Great for snorkeling. Waves can be choppy so watch the tide. Good fun though, can see most tropical fish, sea snakes, and reef sharks.

This is one of the those fantastic places on earth ...my own little peice of heaven , growing up here and swimming in the rock pools makes you kind of special ...I even paint down here ...on the rocks looking out at the ocean ...what more can a person need or want ! :)

Great time was had by all feeding the fish, walking along the beach, great sunrises and then later sunsets over Moneys Creek, friendly people and relaxed atmosphere, what a fantastic place for a holiday

The kids and I had a fantastic time feeding the fish in the lagoon. We had a feeding frenzy all around us, which was amazing, but kind of freaky having these fish swimming between our legs and splashing against us. We couldn't stop squealing. What a great experience for kids and adults alike.

As you walk around the rocks during low tide you'll see all these rock pools.. As you get closer you see that colourful fish, colourful and sea anemones. It's so surprising what you see, it's like scuba diving without the diving and snorkeling without the snorkel

Easy access/ very clear, perfect for not very experienced

What a beautiful creation. Forget the glass bottom boats to watch little colourful sea creatures, you can find the natural rock pool and watch the beautiful colours of the fish and coral with peace and tranquility, or look for the blow hole on the return of the high tide. Walking rocks and finding special places and holes and little crabs is a beautiful way to enjoy a family outing. Best not to discover this area on a Summer's day as it can get quite warm, early hours of the day are the best.

Can be windy most of the time as with the rest of the Bundaberg area, but this is a great spot for snorkelling (and Diving I am told). Directly off the point to the left is shallow water with lots of coral and seems like you're swimming in a fish-tank. Great for kids if the wind is down (morning) and water calm. Apparently this is the southern most point of the Barrier Reef and a 200m swim will see you on the main reef, was too windy and rough when we were there to do that though.
