A few friends and I joined our very friendly guide Adam for a full day tour and we all agreed it was one of the best spiritual experiences we've had. Three of us live in the Hunter Valley but we weren't aware of the culturally significant sites that we visited. If we had seen them by ourselves they would have been merely interesting, but visiting with Adam and learning some of the meaning and the power of the cave painting and the rock carvings has added a huge new significance to our "home ground". He is generous with his knowledge and eager to share it. This kind of excursion should be compulsory in schools so kids will grow up with a deeper appreciation of country and indigenous culture! Though I've always loved this land I now look at it with different eyes and I'm keen to learn more! Highly recommended. Thank you Ngurra Ba

We booked a full day tour and spent the day entranced, not only by the beauty of the surrounds and sacred sites but also the great knowledge and understanding that Adam has of the spirit of the land and it's ancestry. He was more than happy to share with us his insights to our thousands of questions without hurrying up the tour and we were able to understand and come away with a far greater experience/connection than if we had just visited the sites ourselves. A truly wondrous tour that still lingers with me. Thank you!

Yaama, My half day tour was so much more than I had expected, not only was it a cultural guided tour which I had expected but also a teasing glimpse about the heart and spiritual history of the land and its people. Adam is inspirational, knowledgeable and speaks from the heart. It is hard not to be caught up in all the stories and history. My biggest regret is not taking up the full day tour! Mandaangguwu for sharing your knowledge Adam.

Thank you Adam for sharing your knowledge, passion and humility with us regarding your ancestors. You brought history alive and we left with a deep appreciation of the aboriginal culture and the importance of such sacred sites as the gathering place. We are looking forward to booking for the morning cave tour very soon.

Adam was great in his culture information and explanations. The cave was spectacular and an opportunity to have a spiritual connection.

Thanks Adam for a fantastic day. Informative and fascinating experience. Everywhere I go now I'm seeing things with a different perspective! You've opened my eyes to a whole new world of indigenous culture and history. Best tour I've done in years!

We were most impressed by the information we were given and the sites we were shown. As experienced bushwalkers, we have only ever heard second hand interpretations of aboriginal rock carvings.Adam was very generous with sharing his knowledge.

We learnt so much about aboriginal history and spirituality. It was wonderful to get a better understanding of the rock carvings and plants. Adam was so very generous with sharing his knowledge and is an incredibly humble and spiritual man who effortlessly made a connection with us. We were all inspired and yet grounded by the experience. Our only disappointment was not to meet Jocelyn too - next time!

Me and my Mum booked a full day tour on the 8/Jan/2014 it was the most humble and earthing experience not only learning about spiritual meanings, bush medicines but getting back to your own spirit and grounding, to acknowledge what you take from the land, to share with others. The pain of seeing the map paintings at Finchley Look being destroyed was hard to see Jocelyn and Adam are Amazing people that want to share their knowledge to everybody that wants to learn and listen.....I Urge people to Listen and Learn along the way...Thank you so much Jocelyn and Adam

My grand daughter and I learnt to understand the stories and pointers and spiritual meanings of rock carvings and cave paintings. The importance of Wollombi Aboriginal song trails, camp sites, traditional lore, spiritual significance, bush tucker and medicine were passed onto us freely. Thanks Jocelyn for this wonderful experience.
