Beautiful idyllic setting. Good wines and friendly and helpful staff. We only live 30 mins way and this was a great find. Love to support local produce.

We have visited this winery numerous times and always leave relaxed and refreshed. Perfect setting for any function.

Neil M has summed it up wonderfully. We are almost local but hadn't called in for a long time. What a wonderful surprise. This can quite easily be part of a trip around the beautiful local area or a destination in itself. Sat and shared an antipasto plate (beautiful) and a glass of wine overlooking the vineyard and the river. Great variety on the plate and plenty of crackers. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. As more people pulled in a table and chairs and a bottle of water and glasses just appeared on the sunny grassed area (or you could sit under the grape trellis) ready for when they wanted to sit down. Generous with the wine tasting. We just bought a glass to have with lunch but went to lots of trouble to find out what we liked.

Enjoyed tasting some wines here, interesting historic building. The guy who served us (owner?) gave us the impression we interrupted him from doing something more important, but bought some wine anyway as it was quite good. They also do cheese platters which we didn't do, but the setting for wine & cheese looked great.
