Not a bad view and funny to see the metal goat up on the lookout - watch your step as you climb up to the top as the ground is uneven in place. We only saw one table and stools but not any shade and we didn't see toilets there either.

a short drive up to this lookout will not disappoint as you can see over the town quite well. The Nanny goat at the lookout is a nice tough!

Nice place to look out over Cooma and the countryside. I was told it was named this because nanny goats used to live there or maybe it was because you need to be a nanny goat to climb up there if you do not have a car. You could take a picnic lunch there but there isn't a lot of room to lay out your rug and there are no toilets either.

We enjoyed our short drive up to the lookout. The views from the lookout were really good but the stone steps up to the higher lookout are a little dicey if you are not so good on your feet. My husband tripped up the steps luckily neither he nor the camera was damaged. There are picnic tables fans he grass looked well kept. If in Cooma I would recommend a visit.

Ok I live locally . Come here regular . Great look out. What would make it look great is if they area was looked after. Grass look raw. Green grass would look inviting. And some were for a family to sit that was clean.

This Lookout is only a short detour from the centre of town and offers 360 degree views over Cooma. Definitely worth a quick detour.
