Took my kids aged 7 & 10 twice. On the first occassion my sons shoes were stolen within 5 minutes of arriving & we were nearby. The staff done nothing about it & a follow up email & 2 phone calls went unanswered. On the 2nd visit it was a disco night. It was advertised $10 all night but on arrival told it was for 2 hours. The facility was overcrowded & although teenage employee's present they were more interested in chatting up the opposite sex. They also let in too many patrons leading too overcrowding.Teenage patrons were using the under 10 year old area which was reported 3 times as kids were being knocked about & hurt but again staff did nothing. They had multiple power failures, there are 2 emergency lights that are inadequate - staff & parents using mobile phones slightly improved visibility. It has also been reported in local media about the high amount of injuries taking place at these venues. It is my opinion that lockers be provided for personal items, there should be free water available, crowd control & restrictions on patrons per session needs to be reviewed, improved emergency lighting, & all teenage staff have there employment terminated & replaced by responsible adults prefferably with first aid qualifications.

My son loved the flip out trampoline venue, he even goes to Little Ninja classes and looks forward to going back

Indoor trampoline venue. They have a foam pit for somersaults. Small trampoline area for the under 10yrs plus the big one that adults can use too. They have staff at hand to make sure everyone is jumping nicely. Ice packs on hand if needed. You must bring sox. Small snack & soft drinks fridge when the kids need more energy. An hour will do most kids. Secret Cafe for lunch is 5 min drive away.
