Valley Lake is a great spot to just have some time out with the family. It has lots of great playground area and also easy access to the water and grassed areas.

This place is a jewel in the state.....so tranquil on a sunny day, so calming and such fabulous facilities for anyone to enjoy.

Great place for family... You can do bbq, kids can play in the playground...can go for bushwalking...really nice...

The Valley lake is such a lovely place for picnics and bb's. Plenty of bbq's scattered around the area as well as toilet facilities. The lawns are magnificent and the animal farm next door looks interesting. I am sure the kids would have a ball running around with so much space.

Beautiful coloured blue lake. View from up above or do a tour in the area and go to lake level. Very good and worth while.

Lake isn't that amazing, although would make a pleasant picnic spot on a sunny day. Playground is an absolute winner though...have never seen such a variety of things for kids to play on! (would be suitable even for a 12 year old) Couldn't get our kids to leave!!!

Pretty area. Good for picnics. Children's playground and barbeques too. No swimming allowed, unfortunately.

Nice place to relax with a picnic and enjoy the wildlife. Lookouts, picnic facilities, wildlife conservation area and Centenary Tower are all within easy access and worth seeing.

Valley Lake is a great spot for walking , picnic, boating but no swimming. Basically what the other reviews said but there is a fenced off small conservation park right there also. This is really good. We were only in there45 mins as we have a baby and it was warm. But we did see quite a few of the animals in there. Be good to go early or late int he day. The area has good paths to follow and some viewing platforms.There is no charge but you can leave a donation.

This is a great place for a picnic or bbq. Has good facilities with tables and seating, bbq's, play equipment, shelters and toilets. Well maintained lawned areas and shady trees. Down inside the crater next to the lake it is always a bit cooler. Ideal spot to relax on a nice day and just lay back or even go for a lesiurely stroll.

Красивое озеро и само место. Мы остановились там, чтобы полюбоваться природой и воспользоваться общественными барбекю. Это потрясающе,что австралийцы везде их понатыкали. А если ещё и вид красивый это вообще что то!!! Туалета у них тоже есть везде и к том уже бесплатные.Это место и детям понравиться есть где побегать и поиграть.

Ligger intill den blå sjön. Denna kommer du ner till med bil. Intill sjön finns en Wilde Life Park där du garanterat kan finna koala i träden och wallabies på marken under en vandring längs vandringslederna. Barnvänligt.
