We started with the Brewery and the guy behind the counter who was really friendly took us for a tour of the process of making their beer. You pay $10.00 for the beer tasting paddle and the sizes are generous. There are only the three beers, the Pilsener, the Sparkling and the Stout, all really nice with the Sparkling being my favourite. We then walked over to the winery and visited the Art Gallery first, this is an excellent space for artists to show their work. We tried a few wines and liked most of them, the Fiano being our favourite. At both the brewery and the winery the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
