parc d'escalade de la montagne d'argent

We visited this park since we were staying nearby. Many people come here for the rock climbing and in the winter for ice climbing. You park on the road and walk up to the fee station. The station was closed but we deposited our entrance fee. There are a few campsites. We did not go rock climbing since we came to walk on the nature trail to see the vegetation in this area. The trail we took was nice and easy for a bit, but then it started climbing. It is somewhat challenging although not impossible to do if you are careful. In the end we turned around because we were not sure if the loop trail would get even more challenging. The vegetation is nice and very moist. There were very few people during week day and no one on the trail but us.I would visit again, but would turn around before the trail starts getting too challenging.

Personnellement je ne fais pas d'escalade mais ma fille ne manque pas une occasion de s'y rendre. Frais minimes a l'entrée pour l'entretien du parc. Possibilité de faire du trek.
