anderson bay provincial park

This is really part of South Texada Park and includes the area around Anderson Bay, SE corner of Texada Island. At one point this was a log dump and there are a few remaining non standing buildings, deserted runway. There is a creek on the east side that seems to be flowing even in the summer. Lots of flat areas to tent. There is a 4x4 road leading to the north end of the island. This is a great paddling destination if nearby Jedidiah Island is busy (about 3 hours away).
