this is a very nice winery. The staff are super nice and the wines are excellent. Their blush/ Rose is worth the trip alone. Have glass on the patio before you leave.

This is a quaint family run winery that doesn't offer all the gimmicks or prices of the larger scale wineries. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, provided a tour for our group and a whole tasting. Would recommend to others.

This is the second time we have gone out of our way to visit this winery. The first time it was closed when it was supposed to be open. The second time they had 4 patrons tasting wine and my hubby and I were completely ignored when we entered and not even acknowledge as we looked around the tiny little trinket area- waited over 10min... Weird and awkward- terrible service and apparently the port isn't that good from what we heard from those that actually got a sip. We left and no one even said good bye, can we help you?, see you soon... Lol- bizarre and we were looking to buy a few bottles for our dinner party tonight...I guess it'll be a good story for tonight!!

So pleased to find red wine I can drink! No headache and stuffy nose, it is because they put in the minimum amount of additives. The wine is cool climate wine and not sweet. They have a licensed picnic area and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We loved all the wine we tasted and purchased 14 bottles to take home.

We came through Tappen and decided to hit the two vineyards on the same road. Since the other one was closed over lunch we went back here.I was happy to see that it was not busy and we were afforded more time at the tasting bar. Overall I found it better then last time.TIP: If you buy 12 bottles of wine they throw in another bottle for free. This was not listed/posted or even told to us until we filled out a case.

This winery has a rustic charm. Yummy aromatic cold climate white varietals such as Sieggerebe, Bacchus, and Ortega. The Marechal Foch is notable with flavours of ripe red berries, plums and spice. Also notable is their dessert wine "Hummingbird's Kiss". The staff and atmosphere are very friendly and there is also a lovely patio overlooking the Shuswap lake. The only downfall is that they have a $5 tasting fee.

Stopped in early August when visiting some friends in the area. It was busy and the female owner had her hands full so we drove down to the next winery about 500 yards further along the road (Don't bother to! the wine wasn't as good and the kid working there had 0 personality) When we got back we were pleasantly surprised by the woman's knowledge and a couple good wines. Some were very so so but a few were good. There was a fee for the tasting but you got it back as a credit on anything you purchased. Smart marketing

We stopped in here on our way to a property viewing in nearby Recline Ridge Estates. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband bought wine and I bought a beautiful bracelet apparently made by the owner's wife. We have visited wineries in Western Australia, and this one is certainly on a par, if not better.

This was the last vineyard that we stopped at on our trip to the Tappen/Salmon Arm area. It was the most expensive of the three we stopped at. The vineyard was very busy and it was hard to get room at the tasting bar. It seemed that the vibe was of self importance from the owners. They were giving off the feeling that they were a big player (like the major vineyards near and around Summerland/Kelowna) instead of a small family owned vineyard. Along with the wine they also sell local arts wares and homemade cheeses from a local cheese monger. The habinero gouda is awesome! Overall the experience was good and we did purchase some wine. But if we were to go back to this wine producing area we'd probably pass by this vineyard.
