Bowen Island Golf Club is a little 9 hole gem tucked on the southeast corner of Bowen Island, but don't arrive there expecting an easy little course. A par 35, it has 3 par 3's, 4 par 4's and2 par 5's, with possibly one weak hole. You have to hit good golf shots here, or your score will mount quickly. It is a quiet, scenic stroll with some elevation changes and deer wandering the fairways.Want a great day? Stick your bikes on the back of your car and head to Bowen early. Play a leisurely 18, then park near the ferry, sit at one of the funky restaurants for lunch and bike around the island a little after lunch.
