This facility is great for kids drop in play, but staff were disorganized and the service was poor. We were told that they were understaffed.

We've got a little boy who gets car sick after about 2 hours. Travelling north for family events or cottage country from Toronto means a constant threat of having to deal with sick up in the back seat / car seat.At first, Smart Moves was an oasis that just popped up on Google maps as a place of refuge to try and get my little guy to stretch his legs, but now that we've been, we make it a must stop any time we go through Barrie. There are a lot of fun activities and areas for the kids to expend energy. It's perfect for burning off excess energy. And lots of learning opportunities in figuring out how things work.It was also surprisingly relaxing for the parents.

We just had our son's 7th birthday party here last weekend . Cannot say enough positives about the place , the kids had a blast and we were surprisingly relaxed !!...due to the staff taking care of everything for us !! The thing I loved most ( apart from my son having the best day !) Was the extreme cleanliness ....it is spotless ! If they can keep it this way and keep their positive and upbeat helpful staff then I really don't see why anyone would go elsewhere in the area . An awesome touch having one of the staff do a little science demo during pizza time ! Very happy :)

Took my 11 month old tdy and she had a blast. Lots of fun stuff to do. Went all over the playgrounds with her which had some tight corners for adults but was still accessible. The vacuum air toys they have are great. Only bad thing I would say about the place is the staff doesnt really look out for the kids at all. Three people working and all were standing behind the snack bar eating the whole time. When we arrived we Waited for someone at the door to go in and eventually had to go looking for someone.Over all great value but u need to keep a close eye on ur children which shouldn't be a problem, just dont count on the staff to do anything.Place was very clean everywhere that was accessible to the children.

I have a 15month old and an almost 3year old and we played for 3 hours happily! Very clean, super friendly staff, nutritional options at the snack bar and tons of toys and climbing apparatuses. Highly recommended!

We had our son's 7th birthday party here in November. We booked it on a Wednesday night for 2 reasons, first weeknight parties are generally quieter (fewer walk in patrons) plus it is less expensive. The whole process was quick, easy and as painless as could be expected for a kids party LOL!

My child who was 4 at the time had fun, but there was not as much for her to do as a neighboring indoor play centre.Yes, they had different options and it was new, and it was clean, but I personally found this attraction to be one for the newborn to age 3 group range.
