I visited to catch up with friends while back in Niagara this summer. You couldn't have asked for a better location. The deck restaurant had fantastic food (can I say hamburger!), the service outstanding, and the wine very drinkable. Very easy to find off of 4th Avenue and well worth the trip.

Lunch at the Deck on sunny Sunday pm on birthday. Great casual food, pork sandwiches, burger and heirloom tomatoes pizza all done on grill perfectly done. Excellent fries The lunch was followed by a tour which was average Creekside is a small winery and ended by a tasting. Excellent red and white All the Laura's series are affordable we splurged on a 2008 Merlot which is fabulous and was part of tasting. We arrive late and they accommodate our tour after we lunched A very nice place in Niagara Wine country Great place for a summer pm

We often go to Creekside for the wines but lately it is also for the lunches on the deck.Great wines to be had here and the lunch menu is amazing. Have had the mussels, and this past weekend the special was fish tacos with peach salsa. So good!

I had gone into the retail store/tasting room and my husband was outside sitting on the front porch with our dogs. The staff told us they were a dog friendly winery and well behaved/leashed dogs were allowed in the tasting room/store - how great! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We tasted 3 whites and 3 reds. The Sauvignon blanc was by far my favourite - and great value at $13.95! We took a couple bottles of that, their Syrah and the Laura's white for immediate drinking and their Reserve Merlot to put in our little cellar for awhile (they say it can lay down till 2020). The tasting room is very gorgeous, their branding and identity are lovely - what a great discovery - we will be back!

On the August long weekend just passed, we drove to Niagara and parked at Creekside Estate Winery, unloaded our 5 road bikes and road a couple of hours through Jordan village and up the escarpment through beautiful Niagara farm country on quiet roads. Back to Creekside to a great outdoor lunch dressed in our funny bike clothes (nobody seemed to mind). Creekside makes some very lovely wines and the outdoor cafe has them at reasonable prices. We had Laura's white and the rose - both were nice. The food was great - we had mussels, home style frites, the steak special, the tower of terroir and the pork loan sandwich served on ciabatta. Servers could be a little more 'with it' but a lovely experience all in all. The pie looked good, but we didn't try it. Dining at Creekside Estate Winery is a casual affair - no white table cloths, but the food is well resolved and on a pleasant day, the ambiance is unsurpassed. Of course you'll have some wine!

Love the wines but decided to bring the gang for lunch today. Another amazing meal. Sat outside on the deck. Everything was delicious. Our server Kelly did an amazing job deals with this diffcult group. I can hardly wait to come back. It was a perfect day. Thanks

Amazing experience. Great staff, even better wine, and beautiful place. You definitely need to stop here. One of the best (oaked and unoaked) Sauv Blancs I've had and the reds are some of the best I've tasted in the area.

We booked a wedding here for May 2014 and the wine cellar was a stunning setting for the ceremony and the store and patio were the perfect setting for the reception. Bart and the staff were extremely helpful and ensured that any and every detail was covered. Rethink your visit to Creekside and plan your events here. We were supplied the 2012 Syrah for dinner and it was fantastic.Thank You Creekside for making the perfect evening.

What a beautiful winery on a beautiful setting. We decided to go for lunch here on a Saturday afternoon, this was THE best lunch I've had in a long time. I had the salmon and it was incredible, my partner had the burger and also thought it was incredible. We finished off out meal with the strawberry rhubarb pie and that was heaven on earth. Great wine as well! I would go back in a heartbeat. Oh and its great that they allow dogs! I was able to bring my dog and tie her up beside me on the deck for lunch :)

Have been to Creekside a couple of times in 2013, nice "deck" to have a bite on weekends and always had a good experience. This year we went as part of the passport tour and were very disappointed. Felt that we were a bother...when I pointed out the deck area to our visiting friends I was quickly told, in a rather condescending manner, that we couldn't use it with our passport tasting.....already knew that! Met other people on the tour that had felt the same way, we were very disappointed, we are locals and it was a winery we recommended to others in the past.

Amazing winemaker, Rob Power, graduate of the first cold climate oenology program at Niagara College, creates world class wines. David and Pat in the bar staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. And lunch on the deck in nice weather (I think it's open late spring through the fall) is just not to be missed.

Great wines to be had by the glass in the wine shop and lovely patio out back you can get something to eat during the summer!

This appears to be a mid-size winery which is either on its way to greater commercial success or happy to stay small and unique. Complimentary tastings and tonnes of info about Viognier, which is why we sought it out in the first place. Many winery staff in NOTL could not elaborate on the nature of, the challenges with and history for this particular grape in Ontario. The staff at Creekside knew their stuff and sold me on a special bottle. I look forward to being able to return and try the restaurant.

When you enter Creekside, you're greeted by friendly, helpful and well-informed people. They know and care deeply about their wines. This is our favourite winery and our favourite wines. They also host special 'theme' dinners that centre on local produce in its prime at that time. They're delicious and fun culinary adventures.
