An interesting collection of artifacts, very nicely displayed throughout several building, each with a theme. I don't know if they give guided tours, perhaps for larger groups. Our only complaint would be that not all the artifacts were identified. Being quite knowedeable neither my husband or I could identify some interesting looking things and there was no one around to ask. It was an enjoyable, lovely place though. We did enjoy our visit & would recommend it.

We recently visited the pioneer village that is called the Ameliasburgh Historical Museum with another couple, while visiting Prince Edward County primarily to visit the wineries. The "museum" (actually a collection of buildings and displays) is well worth the nominal price of admission, and it was a nice respite from the wineries. We were very impressed with the body of this museum's collections. There are now several buildings, including an old schoolhouse, a blacksmith shop, barns with antique farming equipment, an old-time general store, etc. It was an interesting and fun visit!
