Excellent piece of Ponce History. Great restoration. Authentic fire trucks and other very interesting historical artifacts. Great ice cream at Kings across the street.

Its a museum where you could find a lots of history of firefighters that fight fire that almost destroy the entire city. Its remember all those valiant and tenacius men that save lives You could also see the equipment they use to extinguish fire at those times

We visited the The Parque de Bombas or the Old Fire Station on 2/16/2015 and it was an interesting attraction. The station is located in the Plaza Square of Ponce and is definitely the most well preserved and brightest attraction in all of Downtown Ponce. The distinct red and black colors highlights the attraction very well. However, the fire station is extremely small with two stories and it only takes 5 minutes or less to view the entire building. I do respect the historical context behind the fire house with its former fire chiefs, old fire truck and other relics of the past. But, because the attraction is so small, it is not something or even a place to spend the entire day in either. Ponce is an economically distressed and shows great signs of distressed properties throughout the Downtown area. I love the old Spanish architecture, but this area is desperate need of economic revitalization. Ponce has lots of potential for greatness!

A very interesting museum built in 1883, with unusual colors, sculptures, and artifacts on display, including the fire engine. It doesn't take very long to view most items. A must see if you're in Ponce right next to the square.

This is free and interesting. We tried to find the square at night. our GPS wasn't co operating either were our Google maps app on our phones. We ended up in a pretty scary neighborhood 3 blocks away. So my advise is to find this during the day. The square is small. This attraction is small to.

They have a couple of old fire trucks in display, one with about a hundred years and another even older. This was maybe the most interesting spot we saw in ponce. And I think it is worth to visit.

This is an old and historic Fire Department. Is free and you can walk inside to see the old fireman stuff. Is really small don't take a long trip to see this.

A small but good look at how it was done in the old days. It is free to look and walk around and upstairs has some of the original equipment that the firefighters used back then. The lions in the front are painted by hand by different artists, and they are absolutely beautiful. Short and quick on your own look at the past, but worth the time.

this is and old firehouse. that you can see in a couple of minutes. Is quite basic but not bad if you are already in downtown Ponce.

I love seeing the cars and trucks that they used back in the day. The museum itself is free to enter and look around and they also offer a bus tour around all of Ponce for just $2.00. It was very nice.

Ponce is rich with history and beautiful walk ways. The fire house is loaded with historic artifacts. I hate large boring museums. It is small and perfect for pictures! At night the fire house is lite up and absolutely enchanting!
