Get a taxi to the top and walk back down. Photo opportunity for native dress was fun if you like that sort of thing!

Physically tiring, too many steps. But feels good afterwards. Make sure you have water or hydrated before doing the steps. People around are nice.

As devout Catholics, Filipinos never fail to always include a religious activity during their holiday. One such is the trek to visit Our Lady of Lourdes atop a hill by climbing 100++ steps. Nearing cardiac arrest, I successfully viewed the beautiful image which diminished all the pain in my knees and legs. After a moment of prayer, I climbed back down to enjoy a large cup of strawberry taho (tofu). Not bad at all.

Went here as it's close to our hotel. The steps can be tiring so be sure to bring water. There's some view on the top, and a shrine where you can pay homage and offer your prayers. There are also strawberry taho vendors on the way up -- try buying one!

i thought all the while that I am not going to make it to the top, but I did...:) I used enough calories during my visit...:)

Worth climbing 200+ steps... they have parking area walking distance from the altar... few good street foods and stores for souvenirs. Breath taking when you get to the top of the stairs and see the altar. very recommended if you'll be visiting Baguio.

worth the tiring climbing of the stairs, as you reached the top you'll feel the peace and serenity... feeling close to God as if talking to him side by side with it... so enchanting

as i have said in my other reviews im the type of person who loves to go to religious places in the places that i visit.. the climb maybe tiring but it will be worth it when you reach the small shrine on top.. it may not be that grand but it is indeed solemn.. came here to gives thanks and praise not to really go sight seeing and such..

I love going here especially if it's foggy. I also got used to the steps going up and down. The view from top is rewarding too.

From the foot of the stairs, we have climbed it up up to the top where the Lady is standing. Offered prayers for every one mostly for the family members. As we descend down, we came across a souvenir shop and got hold of some items.

Located on top of a hill some kilometers outside of Baguio City proper, the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes can be reached after more than 200 steps from the base. Generally recommended for religious purposes, there's not much this place can offer to tourists - the view of the city was not even visible because of pine trees - except for some picture-taking session with native 'Igorots' who sell candles and flowers.Taxi going there is very cheap - we commend taxi drivers in Baguio who give back 'change' and were generally honest compared in Manila and other cities - just tell the cab to drop you at the gate near the parking area on the hill. Ascend from there to the top is shorter compared with that from the base. Take time and make sure you're physically fit for the climb.

I like the solemnity of the area.It will take you over a hundred of stairs to go up (I forgot how many) but you can always drive up the hill and park close to the grotto itself and avoid the tedious stairs.Igorot Natives posing for pictures with tourists for a minimal amount is worth a consideration after the visit. Highlyrecommended!

They said there were 252 steps but we lost track of counting when we reached the second flight of stairs. Try stopping at each flight and take in the view of Baguio City. Do not forget to pray.

The church is under going major renovation. We opted not to go inside since we have an infant with us. Although, they still conduct mass despite the renovation

Unless you are a local, save yourself time and don't come here. There's no grotto. It's basically a small shrine to which you have to walk over 200 steps. The views are almost non-existant as there are too many trees on the hill. Unless you want to go for religious purposes, skip.
